Hotelli sijaitsee hiekkarannalla lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Bridgetownista.

Hotelli on laatu-hintasuhteeltaan kallis. Vaikka onkin "Radisson". Jouduimme käymään useaan otteeseen respassa kyselemässä huonetta ennen kuin se saatiin. Saimme lopulta huoneen yli 2h ilmoitettua kellonaikaa myöhemmin. Ja henkilökunta oli kaikkea muuta kuin ystävällistä! Huoneessa oli vanha ilmastointilaite joka vastasi desibeleiltään perämoottorin ääntä. Kone huusi koko yön ja jos se ei ollut päällä, huone muuttui niin kuumaksi ettei siinä voinut nukkua. Ammeen hana vuoti voimakkaasti ja vaikka huoltomies kävi sitä "korjaamassa", ei vuotoa saatu tyrehtymään. Hirveää vesihukkaa!

The staff and beach

The property. Run down areas; cracks in ceilings/walls/tubs, mildew smells, mold, food was not good, only one elevator worked, and no one to assist on beach while I attended; Pool was small and old.

On a lovely beach

Some refurbishment needed. PowerPoints in rooms very hard to find and use. Service in restaurant was painfully slow…

The beach is right there. The kiddies pool was perfect for my toddler. restaurants with better food choices are a short walk

Food options were minimal. No microwaves in rooms or building. I was literally told you have to buy more food if your food gets cold. The rooms although decent are outdated. Always a wait for washcloths and towels. Who wants to come from the beach all day but cant shower because linen delivery hasnt come. SMH The pool needs to be flushed. No one comes to take out the debris (leaves, dead bugs etc...) Needs remodeling and new furniture. Some staff were not pleasant . I wouldnt recommend nor stay here again

Beautiful location on a serene beach, tasty meals available and the staff are welcoming. Would stay here again!

Some of the stuff was friendly. Except one lady at the reception!

Internet was bad. And at times it was loud. When making our booking, we were charged €1.3k including tax. When we got to the hotel, this lady had the nerve to tell us that including tax, we had to pay about €2000. After showing her our booking, she became hostile. My sister and i refused to pay the extra €700 and she became so hostile the whole time we were there. Sadly forgot to take her name, but the lady who has short hair and had night shift at the reception on the 3rd of August 2023.

A La carte breakfast tasty, very slow service. Buffet breakfast only available when hotel decided to. Mind baffling as they were unable to communicate what days it would be available.

Hotel is in a dangerous condition. Balconies held up with scaffolding, due to collapse, balcony doors sliding off rails, room doors not securely closing, mould and damp in wardrobe, bath enamel chipped, mouldy silicone on bath. Needs a complete renovation. Staff were friendly although a certain team member (McIntosh)who acted aggressively, foul mouthed and unprofessional let the team down.Housekeeping did a good job cleaning a very rundown hotel. Restaurant very slow service no atmosphere. Beautiful beach.

Location was fantastic.

Should spend some time and refurbish the restaurant on the jetty.

Very Welcoming staff... Especially receptionists and Sophia at the restaurant. And breakfast was good...I love the lady with short hair smiling all the time and she remembered my preference of omelette that delicious.

Fixed menu was not great. It was not clear in the menu, which day menu A or Menu B available. I could not get what I want so I have to choose from the other menu.

Friendly and helpful staff.

the hotel location

There were small roaches in my bathroom and the noise from the party under my room had my room door shaking. I couldn't sleep after hours of traveling.

The location and it was right on the beach and the view

They still have my withholding money for one extra night that i stay and i have not been refunded which has never happened and its not what i would expect from a hotel under Radisson chain. If i get my refund I can probably have the rating up by a couple of poins the hotel is old and needs a makeover

The location is pretty great and its right on the beach, I was upgraded coz they had overbooked and they couldn't find my reservation

The hotel is quite old the air con makes a lot of noise at night I was charged a withholding amount of 225 usd which is still not refunded, although they have been in contact with me all along but its still have not been returned. I will change the rating to 6 probably if I can get my refund which as this is Radisson should never happen in the first place.

Welcome desk staff and male bar tender's/servers were excellent.

Female waitresses in the restraunt that we used twice were rude, not friendly, left us waiting for over 45 minutes while they served non-caucasion people first. Our meals arrived 20 minutes apart. The next day we ate at the nearby Hilton and were treated as guests. By the way the male bartenders and cook were run off their feet while the female waitresses walked around slowly taking their time, avoided eye contact and were dismissive. We feel sorry the the male staff having work in this restaurant environment. The cook could also use some help as he served professional food but could not handle the crown alone.

Close to beach and cruise port. The bed was very comfy, good quality bedding and towels. The hotel is very old and in need of revamp and definitely overpriced

The hotel was very old, in desperate need of an upgrade. We arrived after a long flight from uk around 2.30pm to be told our room wouldn’t be ready until 8.30pm. Parts of the hotel were crumbling and the pool looked awful.

the location is unbeatable

the breakfast food was terrible from the menu. We didn’t eat there again after the first morning. then they also didn’t have beach towels and they said they ran out because they were “busy”. A beach hotel should not run out of beach towels. Also it took 4 people 10 minutes to just get a cup of coffee. it seems as if there is no procedure for this. disappointing.
