Room was I'll equipped with no nightstand on the other side, no air conditioning. Fridge was not working and not attended to when requested. No rails to hang personal towels in the bathroom. Had to request for replenishing of water as janitors did not

The room and the bed, very comfortable and big size, everything was clean, it has a big bathroom and the personal was kind.

I think the price is very high and I did like that they make you a charge to your credit card for 100€ when you check in, just in case you take anything from the mini bar. I think it would be nice and a better experience for guests to change that dynamic.

The location overlooking the park is fantastic and the terrace is an ideal for all meals. A great place to stay.

The rooms were very spacious, neat and the hotel is right across the bus stop. Very close to the centre. There is a park right next to the hotel. Loved the aesthetics of the interior. The receptionists were welcoming and baggage storage is available. The bathroom was spotlessly clean.

The water pressure at the sink was not up to the mark, but this did not affect our stay in anyway.

The room was small, AC did not really work, staff was overworked and understaffed Price was quite high for such an average standard (233 € per night without breakfast!)

First of all, when we received our room key, it turned out our room is NOT in the hotel but in fact, some random house couple of blocks away. The stairs were extremely loud, the room was small and “double bed” was two single beds put next to each other. As we entered there was a bug on the wall and hair on the toilet. The bed rim was a bit dirty, and in general, this place did not feel like a 4 start hotel. The only time we actually entered hotel was to pick up keys and give them back upon check out. Honestly, VERY disappointed. Extremely expensive and zero value for money. Wish there was a way to add more photos.

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Hotel is a short walk from city centre with bus stops outside the door.

The hotel is very comfortable and quiet and overlooks a park with a café and playground. It is about a 15-minute walk to the centre, but there are also four bus routes for the centre and beyond, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. The superior room was tastefully and recently decorated in warm colours, with a balcony facing the park. The breakfast room is also bright and pleasant and the quality of the food was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it is a very restful place to stay.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were lovely. Reception guy the day we arrived on Friday afternoon the 10th was really lovely and very chatty. Very helpful.
