Priserne for maden er lidt høje, men måske er det bare prisniveauet generelt i Belgien der er lidt højt.

Le positionnement des pompes à savons (gel douche) et à shampoing dans la baignoire peut être amélioré. Le gel douche est trop haut et on doit littéralement se mettre debout dans la baignoire pour l’utiliser. La pompe à gel douche ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre 022. Le remote de la TV ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre no 020, on m’a donc assigné la chambre 022.

I like that it was so close to the airport and easy with the shuttle that takes you to the hotel and back to the airport.

The service in the restaurant was terrible but the food and price were OK. The room did not feel clean, and we had insects in the bathtub. Since we were only staying for one night, we did not really bother. I would probably stay here again when I have a transit, since the price for the hotel is manageable and so close to the airport. But the hotel overall was really old and very budget.

The fact that it’s close to the airport and has shuttle. I believe it’s the main reason why you stay there. Rooms are good size, check in was easy

Pillows are HORRIBLE. Super hard and stuffed from the time, looks very old. This hotel costed me 235$ per night and the whole idea was to rest before a long flight. I couldn’t , because woke up from my neck pain. Sleeping on the plane feels the same… So the most essential thing in this hotel is failing. I don’t know if it’s only my room, but I suggest to go up and check the pillows before check in, maybe you will be luckier than me. Definitely not worth the money they charge.

Near to the airport for an early morning departure, so it's really convenient. Free shuttle bus. Rituals products provided in the room. Spacious room with space for 2 large luggage bags and 2 hand carry. Fast check-in and self check-out. Greeted by a super warm and friendly reception upon arrival and immediately he updated us about the shuttle bus. Very thoughtful.

Cleanliness was not up to Novotel standard. Room was dingy and quite dated. Not worth the money paid.

Very accessible to reach the airport and hotel as long as you stick to scheduled time for the shuttle provided by the hotel. The room was exceptional as it exceeded my expectations. Though we booked 2 rooms, we were given adjoining room where we can pass through the side door to check our children, can also leave the door open and we felt like we were just in our own house, we can just transfer anytime and likewise for the children. Wish other hotels are like this.

Can't stay out late in the city once you missed the shuttle bus going back to the hotel you will pay taxi +/- 20 though it was mentioned in information provided.
