Excellent, everything above my expectations. Size of Room, breakfast and location.

Location and breakfast.

The loft was a little slow (I’m struggling for things to say).

Fantastic location 3 minutes walking distance of the Cathedral of our Lady and the Main Square (Grote Markt). Surrounded by many beautiful buildings, the City Hall and Guild Houses, shops, cafes and multiple restaurants. About 20 minutes (flat) walk through the main, extensive shopping area to the stunningly beautiful Central Railway Station. The hotel is welcoming, nicely decorated, and well lit.. The staff were very friendly and efficient. My room, on the 2nd floor, was very spacious, stylishly decorated, and furnished with a very large bed and comfortable seating area (modern sofa that can convert to a bed) with a desk and large TV. Plenty of electrical sockets and variable lighting options. One wall comprised 3 very large windows with great views over the neighbouring buildings, of the cathedral spire with its golden clock faces. The very compact toilet was separate from the shower-room - the walk-in shower was spacious, clean, and had great water pressure. Despite outside temperatures averaging -6°, the room and entire hotel was warm and comfortable.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. Free water would be a welcome touch

Well hotel’s employee are just working there. You don’t feel that you are welcome. At least one would have been nice…

I can recommend 100%. Good location, 1 minute wak to centrum, but located in a very quiet side street. You even can park your car a short time before the Hotel door. Brakfast was great, staff all friendly.

No hand basin in separate toilet therefore having to walk back into bedroom and into bathroom before being able to hand wash 🤷🏻‍♂️. Cafe/ seating area would be a bonus for any times throughout the day after breakfast.

location is very good overall nice looking hotel but nothing exceptional

the floor in the room was not clean, under the bed was bottles from previous hosts and it was not even vacuumed

The location was perfect , close to the centre and the Christmas's market. B/ fast was very good too.

The hotel staff met us with a smile and an excellent service was provided during our stay! The location is also fantastic, right in the old city center. Great job!! We enjoyed it a lot and feel grateful 🙏🏼❤️
