ロケーションがベスト。中央駅にも近く、観光名所にも近く、食事にも困りませんでした。

エレベーターが2基ありましたが、1基が調子が悪く操作性に問題がありました。

La ubicación cercana a la estación y a la mayoría de los lugares de interés. La habitación era acogedora, tenía una vista muy linda, había hervidor y frigobar. Si te quedabas más de 1 noche y no pedías el servicio de limpieza una de ellas, te daban una bebida gratis.

Que las instalaciones son antiguas y están con algunas reformas, pero para nosotros no fue tan molesto.

Hôtel 4* très bien centré près de la grand place. Avons trouvé un parking sous-terrain la porte à côté! Belles chambres, bon petit déjeuner!

La fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas de façon étanche et il faisait froid! le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas bien et faisait trop de bruit pour dormir! Donc, nous avons eu froid et le bruit de la rue. Ayant fait la remarque à la réception, ils nous ont dit qu'ils feraient le nécessaire! Et nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelles! Ils nous ont proposé de changer de chambre le jour où nous partions. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, le standing n'y était pas!

Excelente localização bem central e perto de tudo. Nota máxima para o gerente Yordi , que fala português e é muito atencioso.

No início, o aquecimento do quarto não funcionou bem.

有火車要趕，結果退房的時候一個櫃檯也沒有，敲門也無人回應，至少等了15分鐘櫃檯才從樓下走上來，並且直接讓另一個客人插隊退房也不問是誰先到的，非常糟糕

Very pleasant hotel, superb location, friendly staff. Morning buffet was very good too. All in all highly recommended. Wonderful view from the hotel window, see attached photo.

Don't be misled by the pictures. I am given a superior room on the attic floor, with two small windows. When I questioned the mismatch with the good-looking pictures in booking.com, the reception said none of the superior rooms face the Grand Place. That means the pictures that come with the superior room category in the website are false! Or is the staff member trying to dismiss my query? I ended up staying in a gloomy attic room for five nights. Decor is dated, room has an old smell; toilet seat is shaky; and air-con is also weak.

location directly in the city center, next to the Brussels central station, delicious breakfast, and cozy balcony. Kind receptionist accommodated us before the official check in hours, which was great

sometimes a bit nozy, but the hotel is located in the center, so it was something you can expect to happen

The stuff were super friendly and caring, The location is very central, (right behind central station) yet it is quiet enough and the room get get street noise, you are only 5 mins walk from the main square, 1 glance away from the galleries, all the chocolate shops and some lovely bars

Lighting in the room is poor

I had asked for twin beds but none available, so the kind lady at the front desk "upgraded" us. The room was large, the beds comfy, the location central. Pretty quiet, despite super central location.

The carpet had several burns in it, the chairs wobbled, the baseboard was coming undone. But I guess that's what you get for the price...

Perfect location right next to central railway station, perfect train connection from Brussels airport. Right next to Grand Plaza and heart of Brussels, shops, restaurants. Nice comfy room, very good breakfast

Lightning in the room was not that good, no ceiling light at all. With cloudy days it felt a bit dark

I arrived to a room with very dirty, uncleaned toilet and broken lamp. I got another room but definitely these kind of things should not happen. The room was very worn out, especially the carpet. Loud shouting and noise from a drunken group of men from the market area in front of the house disturbed sleeping one morning from 3 am to 6 am

Rooms were very tired and outdated for what I would expect from a 4* hotel. Bath plug didn't work to let water out

I would like to especially thank Mr Florin at reception for suggesting us some amazing places to try local cuisine, as well as for helping out with the questions we had regarding transfer to the airport.

Convenient location: Close to restaurants, the Grand Place and transport links. Free Coffee, fruit and water in lobby. Good breakfast with cheerful staff.

Room was tired. Tile and grout missing in the bathroom. The rail the shower head slides up and down was not attached to the all properly so fell off the wall during use. Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guest. Walls marked with damp and carpet was dirty. Bedside cabinets were falling apart and the built in radio(?) was non-functional. There is no real sound-proofing so the all-night party location outside the hotel can be clearly heard until dawn (not enough to keep waking you, but you know it is there all the time)

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. Hotel was very central, a 5 minute walk from Grand Place great location and nice and clean. Breakfast was great, fantastic choices from cooked breakfast to continental.

Bed was really firm.
