Friendly staff, good location opposite the Waas shopping mall and nearby the E17 highway. Plenty of parking space
Room a little bit outdated, few TV canals, no coffee/tea (but could be provided on request), the “fitness” room is very sparsely equipped with only a treadmill, a cross trainer and a bike. No weights.

Great staff, clean rooms, location pretty near to the highway, exactly what we wanted.

Colazione continentale a buffet a 20€ a persona. Sinceramente normale per qualità e quantità, quindi la considero estremamente cara. Stanza comoda (in particolare il letto, meno i cuscini) ma un po' vecchiotta. Nelle immagini presentano foto di camere rinnovate anche se non é cosi per tutte: la nostra avrebbe avuto bisogno di una ritoccata. Nessun plus in camera che giustifichi le 4 stelle: solo il frigo e la tv, non bollitore o macchina per il caffe, no ciabattine di cortesia o accappatoio o altro... insomma anche qui il base.
rapporto qualità/ prezzo/ posizione: capisco che il belgio sia caro ma questo hotel é veramente in un paesino. mi aspettrei prezzi ridotto o qualità migliore per lo stesso prezzo di un centro città

Das Zimmer war, wie gebucht, rollstuhlgerecht und das Bad war extrem groß. Toilette mit zwei hochklappbaren Haltegriffen, unterfahrbares Waschbecken und ebenerdige große Dusche vorhanden.
Der Aufzug* war extrem klein. E-Rolli haben keine Chance. Ein Standardrolli (Maße ca. 42 cm breit passt gerade so rein), die Begleitperson muss sich dann auf Zehenspitzen stehend seitlich dazwischen "quetschen". Das ist verbesserungswürdig.

Plenty of parking and a good location for the industrial areas in Sant NIklaas - only 5 minutes away by car. Reception staff and check in were helpful and pleasant. The room was a great size as was the bathroom.
Although large, the room was a bit stark, very little decoration and a bit austere. Very few UK tv channels working. The bed was quite comfortable, but the pillows were pretty awful - large square cushion sizes filled with too much foam - the small pieces causing too much heat and a stiff neck. I had to try and change in the middle of the night. The restaurant was OK, but quite expensive.. it would be good if there were a few other options

Mooie nieuwe kamer, heel netjes. Comfortabele bedden.
Super lekker luxe ontbijt met heel veel keuze.
Er zijn geen washandjes of wasdoekjes aanwezig.
De oploskoffie op de kamer is niet slecht maar ik had toch liever een koffiemachine gezien.

Additional security with manual engagement to open the door for the customers.
There was no Kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea, and/or a small water bottle. This is pretty basic should be included in our opinion.
Some tissues missing from the tissue box in the bathroom (can happen not a big deal).
According to our observation the cost of Breakfast was comparatively high for similar facilities and even the drinks were expensive.

Het ontvangst was al super,daarna een mooie,ruime en zeer nette kamer. Ook vriendelijke dames bij het ontbijt die alles in de gaten hadden, alles keurig opruimden maar vooral niet storend aanwezig waren. Keurige balans!
Aan het weer kunnen ze niets doen,dus eigenlijk helemaal niets wat tegenviel

Lovely clean and modern rooms. We spilled water on bed and they kindly moved us to a new even bigger room. Amazingly friendly staff. Breakfast was soo good too..We would deffinitely come again! 5 star

Excellent location
Pictures from the rooms and hotel on booking are deceiving. It doesn't correspond the reality (see pictures). Hotel needs renovation urgently. It looks like a 2/3 stars hotel. The room smelled musty all the time due to old carpeting. Old furniture. Stains in the toilet. Dark hotel, the lightening was poor and dark, I couldn't read or do makeup properly. Breakfast was poor for a 4 star hotel.

Great location, clean and neat hotel. Rooms were also well taken care of, daily clean up was tidy with refills of coffee/tea etc.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. And reasonably quiet.
We thought the menu in the restaurant was quite expensive. Other than that not much to complain about.

Amazing service! Really luxury comfortable room! We were upgraded to a high floor large room- it was beautiful! We didn’t know how nice it was going to be- everything was perfect- and free parking too!
