1. Room is dirty everywhere with jaali in ceiling and wall and full of fungus in wall, bedding, pillow etc. 2. The condition of towel and quilt make one vomit. 3. On arrival they will not provide you washed / ironed bedsheets, pillow cover, towel. This type of condition will invite many diseases including COVID. 4. No morning tea facility. 5. Totally dumped room with continuous bad odour. 6. 24/7 desk facility is totally lie. The person (Mr. Krishna) who attended on arrival could not be contacted on mobile after trying several times during chech out on next day morning 07.30 hr. 7. Lastly, there is no hygienic restaurant near to this place. Only option Zomato Swiggy. 8. Totally wastage of money and mental agony in addition. 9. Oyo authority should monitor this type of cheap customer service.

In kolkata during summer I don't think we can survive without AC. The temperature was 23 and was very uncomfortable to sleep with that temperature even the TV had no connection. Despite of asking to run the AC at 19 or 20,they were not ready to do so.

Behavior of staff is very good.

Compared to the price facilities are not good. humidity of d room is very high.
