Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles frisch und sehr viel Auswahl.

Die Matratzen und die Kissen könnten bzw. müssen erneut werden. Sehr unbequeme und durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, kein Kleiderschrank keine Anlage im Bad.

The bathroom is quite small.

Tidy and neat.

No elevator to bring up big luggages. However, I could manage it by taking out the things needed into the room and put the bags on the reception floor.

The Hotel is an "old Lady" with creaky floors and thinnish walls - but they are open and honest about it. This means you have to be a bit considerate to others and not make a noise. This is maybe the reason why I think it is not perfectly "family friendly - kids sometimes makes a noise.

I was really happy with most things - not too much to complain about, since expectations and reality was close to each other. I think one gets what one pays for.

We chose it over other hotels for the hot tub. It was very popular and everyone had to wait their turn to use it(not ad hoc). Just be aware it’s in demand if you are thinking of that!

Location is bit far from city and no good restaurants near by. We had to go to Interlaken always for food.

Quiet place. Away from Interlaken. Pascal was great in explaining to us what to explore. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Given a room with a great view! Very easy to locate the place. Near to the railway station of wilderswil which is like 5 to 10 mins from Interlaken. Trains every 30mins to Interlaken or Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen. Staff were helpful

No lifts to the rooms so we have to carry our luggages but it's not a problem for us.

I don't hate anything everything is perfect!

Breakfast was excellent, something to suit all tastes, plentiful supplies, a good self-device system and a beautiful breakfast room. Location of hotel was very convenient for Wilderswil station with an excellent train service to Interlaken and other beautiful places in Berner Oberland. Hotel was only two miles from Interlaken. Good bus service and taxi service in Wilderswil.

Breakfast was plentiful with something for all tastes. Good system of self-service. Location could not have been more convenient for the station, which I used every day.

I found the shower in my bathroom difficult to control which meant that a lot of water splashed on to the bathroom floor.

The location was perfect. The hotel was absolutely amazing - clean and all the facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park, the jacuzzi and the breakfast were just great additions. Highly recommended!
