Central location, secure parking, large living area and facilities

Loved the two bedroom suites! It was very spacious and immaculate. It was right across the street from the train station which made it extremely accessible with our luggage and a nice walk from downtown.

We couldn’t figure out how to get heat in the dryer and clothes took forever to dry. When booking the price was double what was initially advertised due to all the hidden fees.

The apartment comes equipped with a full kitchen, two bedrooms with bathrooms attached, a living & dining room, laundry room and a powder room. We were pleased with the spacious and simple and yet elegant design. The location is conveniently next to Coop and the Interlaken Ost station.

Everything was perfect. Very wide apartment and very very clean. Everything was available for a family. The location was very good where we had coop super market just behind us as well the boat station and train station. When you sit on the balcony the view impresses you.

I didn't like the pillows

Great location, excellent facilities and extremely helpful hosts.

Excellent location. Just opposite the Inlaken Ost station. Extremely convenient, with the supermarket right on the opposite side of the street!! The apartment helped in making our wonderful stay in Switzerland a week to remember for a long-long time. Very large and spacious, well-furnished apartment. Two spacious bedrooms with large comfortable beds. Two full bathrooms plus another spare toilet!! The kitchen had everything that you might need on a holiday. The living room was spacious and very comfortable. I particularly loved the large balcony which had nice sitting/dining arrangements where you could sit and look at the dark mountains and the stars at night and marvel at the serene views in the early mornings. Breathtaking!!

The 10am check-out time was a bit too early. We had a bit of confusion about the trash disposal rules in Switzerland - seemed somewhat different from Netherlands - would have been nice if there was a note explaining it for non-Swiss tourists.

This apartment is top notch. Plenty of room for a family of four. The location is also perfect.

The apartment is spacious and large, with two rooms,with a double bed, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a hall and a dining table. Check-in was smooth and quick.

The disadvantage of the apartment is the lack of an air conditioner, and since the air temperature is noted to increase annually in the summer globally, the owners of the apartment should consider placing air conditioners in the apartment, as it is difficult to stay in it when the weather is hot, in addition to the fact that it lacks privacy when you want to open the curtains and windows, especially the apartment in the first floor, also we found the pillows are uncomfortable.

Apartment was very spacious and next to the Interlaken OST, which makes it really convenient. The washing machine and dryer is really helpful but we need to bring our own detergent. There were 2 convenience stores next to the apartment where you can get water, coffee snacks etc. There is a supermarket as well but was closed as it was the weekend.

We arrived on Saturday evening around 5pm and was just able to collect the keys before the staff left for the day. The apartment had no air-conditioning and it became kind of warm when the weather changed. We were told at check-out that we could have requested for a fan but of course we didn’t know. It was the weekend and no staff were on duty. Would have been helpful if a more detailed orientation to the apartment was done.
