You could easy hear what was going on in the rooms beside you. You could easily hear people talk and walk

The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, especially the beds. It was like a home away from home, with plenty of space for luggage and relaxing in the chairs after a long day skiing. Definitely recommend the food, each meal was spectacular, the beer brewed on site was a nice touch and the staff were so friendly!

More parking or guidance on where to park, we were unsure a couple of times when the spots out front were full.

Everything was absolutely amazing! The staff was the best and the most hospitable we have ever experienced in Norway, truly top class. The hotel restaurant was spectacular and really surprised us with the quality of food. Hotel had thought of everything for our comfort. We could use storage room and drying room for our skiing equipment and the bus to the mountain was just outside the entrance, which made going to the mountain to ski very easy and pleasant.

The location. Good value.

The rooms could use an update, but it was fine. No reception. Way too soft beds.

breakfast excellent, and breakfast staff were nice and for an extra 20 NKK you got real espresso coffee that was excellent... The brewery people were friendly and nice also...

code system and not really any staff about other than restaurant, adn for a hotel my room was never made up in the 3 days i stayed... which was a surprise

to small space for the breakfast when the visitors want to eat all at the same time. The waterboiler is veeeeeeeeeery slow..

a lot of mess in the hallways and entrances ....something started to work in the middle of the night...dont no what...aircondition or something... so not a good night sleep!

The restaurant at the hotel over charged my card with 130NOK which I noticed and remarked directly when I got the receipt. I was told that the staff weren’t allowed to chargeback the amount so I didn’t got my money back. I was told that the manager should solve it the day after but I haven’t been contacted. My advice is to thoroughly go thru the bill before you blip your card.

Rooms are basic but comfortable. 2nd visit in 3 years and they need a little bit of maintenance (nothing major) and would benefit from some more storage options and coffee/tea facilities with fridge.

Room wasn't particularly clean and some socks left by previous guest were left on the floor!

Really stylish public areas. Delicious breakfast and very easy to get to the slopes (5 mins by car).

We payed extra to go half-board. The meals were delicious but consisted of a single main course. Now, considering the hotel has its own on-site brewery and bakery I think it would have been nice to get a small beer for the adults to taste and a pastry for the kids for dessert. Maybe a coffee? That seems like it would be an easy-win for them. The hotel caters to skiers, that is an activity that leaves you pretty hungry. As my mum would say, I'm not cross, I'm just disappointed!

Breakfast, bed, room size and location

A very bad smell from the basement, which effected the whole stay, I was told it was because of a water leak, and if so they're excused. It was also two very smelly cow skin chairs in the room. Probably new ones, but so smelly we had to cary them out out the room.
