Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Not charged the correct price on arrival and then asked to pay more next day. i had confirmed the room I was paying for but still incorrectly charged. poor service. Requested a banana at breakfast but they had none. Fresh fruit choice was basic. Overall did not enjoy my stay.

The view of the hill from my room.. the emerging clouds on the slopes look fascinating.

Not easily accessible by public transport. To reach here from from Oslo, it is rather difficult and time consuming.

Hotel is surrounded with beautiful nature right on the beach. Warm welcome in the hotel reception.

Our family enjoyed a lovely dinner with our Norwegian relatives who live in Vikersund. Everything was very well done and we appreciate all the kindness of the staff. THANK YOU!!!

Very nice people at the reception. We are a family of four, and we go two family rooms with connecting doors. It was very convenient.

Good breakfast. However the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing. It took a very long time to be served (more than 45 minutes...), and there was not many people that day.

Nice room with all necessities available. Very nicely decorated lobby, reception and breakfast room, all donned in christmas style. We couldn't eat in the restaurant with our dogs but friendly staff helped us get our dinner to our room. The dinner was exceptionally good!!

Quite basic hotel. nothing special. Quite neutral look of the rooms. Not that fancy, bit older style. Quite crowded place.

Great hotel, spacious room. We got the river view and balcony and absolutely loved our stay. The lady in reception was super nice.

Food at the breakfast buffet was overly packaged in disposable plastic. I understand the covid situation, but instead of wrapping each slice of cheese in plastic, there are more environmental friendly options.

The hotel is situated by the fjord so we could enjoy a beautiful view. The room was quite spacious.

There were 3 giant spiders in our room, all of them apparently living on the ceiling. Quite scary. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

No AC and no mosquito nets either in a place full of mosquitos. In the summer its like sleeping in the oven. No blackout curtains. Lots of light after 5 am. Even paying the extra bed for the baby doesnt give the right to an extra towel. :(( Very expensive in the overall for the comodities that gives.
