The location of the hotel is great. Getting around the city was very convenient. The are two bus stops nearby. The metro station and the river ferry were a 7-10 minute walk away. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, an Orange Superrich around the corner and a pharmacy in the same building. The restaurant food was excellent. The buffet had a ton of variety. The food was clearly marked with different ingredients such as sea food, chicken, vegetarian, halal etc. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. They truly made us feel welcome at every meal. We requested a room on a higher floor and the staff were kind enough to accommodate us. The room was a decent size for a family of three and we had a nice view of the King Power Mahanakhon tower from our room. The room was clean and well equipped. There's a safe in the room and health faucet in the toilet. Complimentary bottled water was provided daily. Overall, fantastic location, great food, and incredibly friendly staff made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended.

The location was close to good vegetarian restaurants. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were friendly. Its center of several temples which we wanted to visit.

Location is great, a short 10min walk to the BTS. Loads to do in the local area. Very reasonable price of rooms. Air-conditioning was fab! Helpful staff.

The tower is stayed in (circular windows) has a slight smell of mould in the corridors and rooms.

Holiday Inn Silom is like home. They always take wonderful care of us. We even got upgraded which was a pleasant experience.
