Banyoda sıcak su yoktu, her 2 musluktan da soğuk su akıyordu.
Klimalar su damlatıyordu.
Odaların kapı iç kilitlerinde problem var.
Charcohal restaurant menüsünden havuz bölümünde sipariş verilemiyor
Spor salonundaki aletler iyice eskidi ve değiştirilmesi gerekiyor.

الفندق راقي وجميل ومن الواضح انه قد تم تجديده بالكامل ، موظفين الاستقبال ودودين ويقدمون المساعدة دائماً ، يبعد عن شارع العرب 5 دقائق مشي على الاقدام ، يوفر الفندق تك تك مجاني لتوصيل النزلاء لاي جهة يريدون الذهاب اليها بالمجان ، هدوء الفندق بحيث لا تشعر باي صوت خارجي ، التكييف بارد جداً ، يبعد عن المستشفى الامريكي 5 دقائق مشي ، ويبعد عن مول تيرمنال 21 ومحطة القطار 8 دقائق يوجد بقالة عربية قريبة من الفندق وكذالك ثلاث سوبرماركت 711 ، يبعد عن محطة قطار نانا 7 دقائق ، الفندق ممتاز لاقامة العوائل والمراجعين للمستشفى الامريكي كما توجد عدة مطاعم برقر وبيتزا قريبة من الفندق ، في الدور الخامس يقع مطعم هندي يقدم افظل انواع الاطباق الهندية اللذيذة ، توجد بالشقة كافة احتياجات المطبخ للراغبين بالطبخ ويتم تنظيف الشقة يومياً كما يتم وضع الورود يومياً في الفترة المسائية على الأسرة
ضيق الطرق المؤدية الى الفندق مما يتسبب في وجود ازدحام دائم بالطرقات

The rooms are spacious and represent excellent value in this part of town. The fact that Charcoal restaurant is in the same building. General location of the hotel.
One elevator has been out of action (perhaps reserved for SHA+ use) on the last two occasions we have stayed in the hotel, meaning invariably waiting for one of the two remaining lifts. In the living area of the suites you can connect to your Netflix account on the TV, but in the bedroom you can't and the choice of TV chanels in the bedroom is awful.

Que te hacen pagar para subir al roof 500tbh si que es un bar bonito . Si tienes estancia en el hotel deberías tener derecho a subir sin pagar que sea una vez

I visit the hotel about 6-8 times a year. But I guess I will not visit this property anymore
Welll, recurring customer here but seems like they have stopped caring about their guests. My room has water leaking, people calling the landline and knocking doors on DND MODE. Flight was delayed and informed the reception about checking out an hour late, which they were okay with until some untrained staff didn’t want to understand and kept demanding a check out. First time I have experienced this at Fraser Suites and it takes away the very important thing about this hotel which is the service.

اعجبني الموقع لقربه شارع العرب والبقاله كل شيئ متوفر الفندق مناسب جدا للعائلات

الفندق نظيف وقريب من المستشفي الامريكي وشارع العرب وكل الخدمات قريبه من الفندق.
الموظفين ودودين ومعاملتهم حسنه وخاصة موظفة اسمها Best كانت الأفضل في السوال عن تقديم الخدمات بشكل يومي
عاملات النظافة مزعجات في دق جرس الغرفة للتنظيف اكثر من مره.
الممر الى المستشفى الامريكي ضيق جدا لا ينفع لأصحاب الكراسي المتحركة.
نقاط الكهرباء للتعبئة اكثرها لا تعمل تحتاج لاستبدال

Cockis la colazione la piscina le camere molto spaziose e moderne
Staff non gentile non c hanno spiegato manco la mappatura dell hotel siamo arrivati alle 9 del mattino dopo 15 ore di volo con una bambina e non volevano farci fare il check in in anticipo c hanno chiesto altro 200 euro se volevamo entrare alle 9 ovviamente bisognava aspettare solo 3 ore non aveva senso tutto quello che proponevano . L ultimo giorno c’è arrivato il secondo cane e dopo aver pagato 10000 bhat per un cane per 5 giorni per il secondo cane c hanno richiesto la solita somma per solo 5 ore e saremmo andati via . L unica che è stata gentile e ha fatto in modo che potemmo ricuperare il nostro cane dall’aeroporto è stata cockie molto gentile e preparata tutto il resto dello staff non preparato per un hotel a 5 stelle

حتى أدخل قبلها بس تسعة ساعات

النظافة وحسن تعامل الموظفين
الممر بين الفندق والمستشفى يقع في شارع خير جداً لا تسطيع المشيء فيه بالرغم من ان الفندق يوفر خدمة التوصيل المجاني .. ولكن عربة واحده لا تكفي اقترح توفير 4 عربات من باب الحفاظ على تواصل الزبائن في المستقبل.

Location is perfect if your interest is Burumgrad hospital other wise it is ok. No more. Staff: only concentrated on servicing Arab people: Tips!!!
Breakfast bad staff: The food is great but staff😳…paid for it and don’t even want to go after the 3rd day! They took one night for deposit and one week later no refund but I should specify that all hotels in Bangkok block the first night for 2 weeks with a big smile ! The rooftop: Loud music until 2-3 am in the bedroom. During the week 1am and during the Week end 2-3am.
