PROS: Pool Gym Quite accessible to local shops and Fashion Island Mall Hotel S Bangkok Navamin is located North of the main city, yet there are quite a few small local shops, supermarkets and eating places fairly close by. The massive Fashion Island Mall and Promenade are three miles away so you can get there in a 60 baht taxi ride, or just 8 baht if you wish to enjoy an “adventurous” ride in a frequently available local bus ride. The hotel also offers a nice pool area, albeit, the pool is quite small and very shallow - 1.20 mts (4 ft) at the deepest point - The gym is also quite well fitted with a variety of modern and diverse exercise equipment.

But it looks tired and poorly maintained. The rooms are quite large and spacious, but everything looks tired and in need of an update and a lick of paint. The bathroom although clean had mould on the bottom half of the tiles as well as around flooring. The shower was mediocre at best, and suffered poor waterflow, which constantly ebbed between strong and a dribble. The Wi-Fi was utterly useless and did not work 80% of the time. Especially in the evenings when it would consistently fail. The air conditioner although effective was very noisy even at the lowest setting. The TV was mostly local programmes of which 80% were awful on-line shopping channels. As for any international TV, in any language, None! Thankfully I only paid for breakfast on one of my seven day stay. The breakfast was truly dreadful. Both my partner and I ordered eggs in the form of poached and an omelette. All the food was stone cold and tasteless. Considering the price of 250 baht per person. This was terrible value - My advice is steering well clear of an inclusive breakfast - DO NOT recommend! So overall although the per night price was reasonable, I would have expected much better than this. Hence, I would award S Bankok Navamin a score of just 4/10. Will not be staying here again in the future

Room doors were not soundproof. Could hear loud noises from the corridor/people walking pass. Water current for hot shower has little to no power and slow.

We stayed here last month and the hotel was excellent yet again.

Excellent Hotel at very good price. We did not partake of the Breakfast so cannot comment but we liked the fact that it is optional so you are not forced to pay for something you don't want.

My only criticism is that the Aircon Unit was quite loud, it does have three fan speeds but even the LOW was very loud.

I could not do any computer work internet never work if fid work very very very slow I ask front desk many time they can not fix it so for 3 week l could not do my work so l went to other places like Starbucks or my friend house l will never stay at that hotel your internet suck very much
