The room was spacious and clean. The location was beautiful

It is very hard to book into the restaurants and the spa. I had been trying for almost 4 days in advance, and still no luck. There was also no suggestion given by reception on where else to eat or where to do for a spa in this location

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were lovely.

The $80 per head high tea was average and not worth $80. While the room was comfortable it wasn’t worth $890. I won’t be back. I would have expected a stunning room for that amount. it was very disappointing.

this is not a 5 star hotel - it may have been in 1970 but not any more. The price paid for a room is not commensurate with the standard or the service provided. Average at best

Had dinner and ordered quite an expensive steak. I could not finish as it was extremely difficult to chew. Disappointed !

Breakfast selection was quite good. Room was really spacious and nice. Location was superb and so close to the main attractions.

Carpark lots are quite limited.

It’s position near the Three Sisters and it’s outlook over the Jamison Valley. The spa was glorious as were the treatments. The room was very quiet.

The room felt tired, by that I mean the worn paintwork on the curtain rails. No coffee maker in the room. Only option available was instant coffee and a kettle. Unacceptable in 2023. The windows proffering the extra cost of a ‘view room’ were covered with spiderwebs on the exterior, negating the view. Also the windows were in desperately in need of a good clean.

The Wi-Fi signal was the worst I have experienced in a hotel. The staff made no effort to take my bags to the room. Breakfast was a very low quality buffet. My “garden view” was a view of the car park. There is no view of the Blue Mountains from any of the communal spaces in the hotel. The outdoor pool had no towels. I could not book a spa treatment on the day I arrived. Generally the whole hotel is outdated and the interiors look more like a motel than a five star hotel; there was cleaning equipment left out in the corridors and communal spaces. the gardens are messy and there is nowhere appealing to sit outside. The shop and tea room were closed throughout my mid week stay. Overall, very disappointing and not worth half the price I paid.
