The location was good as there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. the room was clean but the bathroom was a big disappointment. There was no soap dispenser in the shower and the shower doors would not shut properly. Also the TV was not working properly.

Fix the TV or replace with a new one. Put a soap dispenser in the shower and fix the shower door.

Great location, about 5 minutes walk from Katoomba train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful with giving advice. We tried to walk from the Motel to Blue mountain national park, it took us about 20 minutes. So if you have time, you may as well go by feet and enjoy the surroundings.

We liked the location of the Motel. The Hotel recommended for our Breakfast, was well and truly earned walking up the hill to the top of the town. It was worth the walk!. The cleanliness of the towels and bedding was the best. I loved having a made bed daily. A fridge was a great help.

The room is very dated. No U S B portals, for foreign visitors it is a necessity. The shower room / bathroom, leaked behind the cystern, we had to complain, re a continually wet floor. It was fixed quite quickly. The tiles and shower are extremely dated and just about sufficient. The stairs to our room, no 34, were filthy, they needed a good sweep and wash down. We rang the 24 hour helpline number given in reception, (nothing too serious), but received no reply!!! We requested a light fitting to be fixed it never was.

was advertised as superior deluxe and it definitely wasn’t. Bed was comfortable but no shelves in door in fridge, mould on fridge seal, limited cutlery, no bath mat first night, no hand towel, shower dripping.

location is in the heart of Katoomba . the game room and the garden were good for gathering

Our room was a bit dated but i still love everything. Good value for your money compared to anu other motels. Definitely recommended. Loved the hot brekky too. For 15$ its def Better than any other brunch places in sydney.

Needs a renovation, cupboards/fittings look worn, kitchen drawers had very old ripped paper draw liners (simple fix). A door mat would help keep carpet clean from wet and dirty shoes. Walls are very thin, could hear the plumbing from rooms above and adjacent.

Very convenient location.

Car parking was limited but ok.

So central to everything! Super friendly staff. Fantastic prices.
