Decor and size of room
It would have been great if our rate included breakfast.

Very nice room and bathroom. Received a room upgrade. Ate in the restaurant and food was very nice. Staff were friendly. Whole place was very clean and parking was very convenient next door. Able to walk into Harrogate and enjoy our time there without having to drive around and find parking.
Could do with instructions on how to use the air con and the heating as was cold when we arrived and struggled to find a happy medium.

Staff were very polite. Hotel is clean and in a great location. We kindly got upgraded due to it being January so I think the hotel was quite. Bar and restaurant were busy, although we didn’t eat there we did have breakfast. Breakfast was £20pp which covered a small continental selection to order and then a choice of hot breakfasts and unlimited drinks / juice. Would definitely return.

im afraid the volume of the music in the restaurant was mental, I like a heavy rock band live but not when I’m trying to eat and converse..spoilt what was a fantastic meal

having to change rooms due to a blocked sink. I booked this as a special surprise for by husbands birthday. we had travelled a few hours to get there and unpacked only to find the bathroom sink blocked. we were moved to another room all looks ready for refurb to me.

Room was excellent, separate bath and shower, large room with everything you need. Also had a balcony with a table and chairs on. Although it was a bit cold to sit on it! But would be lovely in the summer. Good location too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants to stay in that area.
Only downside was, my husband’s full English breakfast was a bit overcooked. As it is a dog friendly hotel, we were a bit concerned. We don’t have any pets. But you wouldn’t know it. We saw 1 small dog.
