لم يعجبني حجز البوكينك كان حجز سئ غيرت الحجز و دفعت مبلغ مضاعف وعندما أرسلت إيميل لكم لم يرد عليه احد لم يعجبني أنا اخترت موصفات غرفة وانتم حجزتوا لي غرفه غير المواصفات

Hotel curato ed elegante, subito accolti alla reception in modo impeccabile Camere pulite e ordinare, letti davvero molto comodi Colazione a buffet ricca e variegata Cena pazzesca, sapori distinti, materia prima pregiata, un cuoco davvero eccellente I camerieri Peter e Francesco super!!! Gentili e davvero professionali, ti accolgono con calore e rendono la cena ancora più piacevole La manager davvero dolce, gentile, super cordiale Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, consiglio questo hotel anche per la posizione super comoda per qualsiasi monumento si voglia visitare, collegato benissimo anche con i mezzi

единственное ценное в отеле это восхитительные отзывчивые и толковые консьержи! и отличная локация ! на этом все.ну и еда в лобби неплохая

ужасные номера, несоответствие картинки и реальности,строй запах,бестолковое расположение розеток ,бестолковые рецепсилнтсты кроме менеджера с Тайланда ,котора понимает что такое гость.Мизерные номера . Лена во двор холодец либо на шумную улицу тоже не радует . Еще много всяких минусов даже не хочетс тратить время их описывать. просто едете в другой отель

Panny, on the door as he was so welcoming and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble. Anne-Marie, the restaurant manager as she did her best to ensure we had an enjoyable meal. Sasanker, the waiter in the bar. A fascinating young man studying Maths with plans for the future.

Maybe we chose the wrong weekend, but we found a large number of the clientele were pretentious characters and continually rude, unsavoury, and wholly unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. We'd had a dinner and breakfast deal and on Friday evening we booked our evening meal early as we were going to the theatre. Initially, the restaurant said they weren't open at 5:30pm, but we were seated and offered a set menu. Whilst we understand it's an Italian restaurant, we could not eat any of the choices as there was a very narrow and specialised selection on offer with no fish, chicken, steak, etc. As a result, we ate our evening meal, a burger after the theatre in the bar over a coffee table. Not recommended. Even the process of getting a taxi outside was a battle. Despite being first in the queue, we were pushed aside by some rude characters who promptly gave me a mouthful. Even the doormen couldn't resolve it. Not the sort of people I'd expect at a 5-star hotel.

While check in, the receptionist was not even smiling like he was forced to do the check in. Also, while check out i was shocked about the room revenue service charges for all nights which is a hidden costs and not been captured in the booking. I tried to understand why is that and it was not even mentioned in the hotel policies.
