The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were a breeze. Comfy bed. Good location for the train stations.

The room was very small but not really a problem considering we only needed it for 1 night. However, because of how small the room was, and the layout, the space between the bed and the bathroom was about 30cm which meant there was no door on the bathroom! The toilet was literally facing the bed. While there seems to be good soundproofing from neighbouring rooms the windows were single glazed which meant there was a lot of noise from traffic in the street below. Only other issue was that the tv had no signal for any channels

Room smelled like mold, not allowed to have multiple key cards, walls could use a coat of paint, and construction noises which the property had no control over.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Zugreisende durch die Nähe zur St. Pancras Station (Eurostar). Die U-Bahnstation King's Cross St. Pancras ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber sauber und ruhig und die Betten waren angenehm.

The best part about this property was that it was in a really convenient location! - close to Pancreas train station where you can use to get everywhere in London. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Quiet at night time. Clean bathroom and shower.

Rooms looked tired, shabby and dingy - felt dungeon like as we were below ground level. Definitely needs an upgrade. Unclean walls- lots of marks and a blood like stain on the wall. Room smaller than what it appears online but manageable for a couple or single person. Really small bathroom and shower - knees literally touch the wall when you sit on the toilet. Safe did not work but staff were accommodating and gave us a key instead. No elevator, so you will struggle if you have heavy luggage. Poor signal/ wifi. No fridge.

Very close to St Pancras only 10 minute walk. Lovely staff.

Excellent staff, very friendly and very helpful. Plentiful continental breakfast. Hotel in a good location within easy access to Kings cross station/tube.

Rooms are absolutely tiny. Barely enough room for one person to get ready nevermind two at the same time, despite it being a "double room". Bed also a very small double.

Location was great! Room was very clean however there were scrathes all over the walls, Could do with a paint job! Bed was very comfy yet small for a double. Staff were friendly.

Very small rooms, staff were extremely rude. Paper thin walls with a lot of noise throughout the night. Staff wouldn’t even bring the iron to the room even tho there’s tonnes of stairs.

Location was great. We left early and they provided our breakfast as a take away option.

Less of a dislike and more for awareness that there is no lift in the property.

For the cost of the hotel the room was great and brilliant location. Also the earlier check in time was great. Staff really friendly.

The only breakfast option was continental but had plenty of choice and was very well priced. Much better than expected. The front office staff were really friendly and acted as if the property was their own.

Arrived late and hungry and there was limited food options ( fruit and wine! ) Other than that it was good.
