The property it’s was very good, great place for families and couples

Location. Ease of checking in and out. Balconies. Nice pool. Parking. The kitchen is very good.

Breakfast could be better. They served the kids a kids menu for breakfast which we found strange (on the 2nd day only).

The grounds were lovely and well kept. The pool was very nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are spacious.

The rooms need to be renovated, specifically the bathrooms and the kitchens. They are worn and old. The cleaning was not meticulous.

The property is conveniently situated in the middle of Vilamoura - Algarve notoriously famous golf area with close proximity to shopping, beaches and country side. it is facing south west, and the sunsets on the balcony were spectacular. There is a large pool that we enjoyed daily and a bistro adjacent to it that offered lovely snacks, drinks and meals. The staff at the reception was exceptional and very accommodating.

There was not much to dislike really. good value for money.

We did have an amazing stay overhere! It began already with the welcoming from Pedro, so enthusiastic and hospital! We felt welcome right away. We were very early, but without asking Pedro called the housekeeping to check if there was almost an apartment ready and we were lucky there was one ready! This is just amazing pro-active service. Due to this we could enjoy the Algarve for a full extra day, thanks to Pedro and the housekeeping team! During our stay Pedro gave us serveral recommendations with regards to sightseeing and local restaurants. All was perfect and we really enjoyed it. Every morning he was standing there with a smile to help us out, fantastic! The apartment was shortly cleaned everyday, which made coming home comfortable. Big compliment to the housekeeping. The apartment has everything you need and we did even have a backyard. The atmosphere was very laid back at the swimming pool and always space to lay down. We will definitely come back in August/September! Thanks everyone. Beau & Erik.

Everything was perfect!

While we only stayed at the facility for one night, it was very comfortable and welcoming. The reception was friendly excellent. And the infinity pool and area was beautiful and very welcoming (unfortunately it was a cold day or we would have enjoyed it).

The location seems a bit out of the way to anything outside of driving distance. Most frustrating is that it took a lot of driving to find coffee in the morning!

Great apartment and kitchen equipment for self catering. Spacious and comfortable. Pool area was nice and resort grounds with tennis courts and gym facilities also. Parking right by the apartment.

Cafetrria was closed but they brought some daily provisions to the apt due to the inconvenience so was a nice touch . Spa was also closed during our stay which was a shame.
