We liked the location.

Staff at breakfast were rude. Had to ask for the child's bed to be made up. Cleaning staff didn't replace towels after use. Bed was uncomfortable. Tea wasn't replenished when used. Pool was very cold.

ארוחת בוקר נפלאה ומאוד מגוונת ביחס לאירופה. מיקום נח במרחק הליכה ממסעדות אולם לאטרקציות ולקניות בקניון נסענו ברכבת התחתית שנמצאת במחרק מספר דקות הליכה מהמלון. בלילה הראשון לאחר שהטיסה שלנו התעכבה והגענו לפנות בוקר עם 2 בנות קטנות הם האריכו את זמן הצ'ק אאוט שלנו מבלי שאפילו ביקשנו - מאוד הערכנו את ההתחשבות הזו

סתם התקטננות, לבעלי הכרית היתה פחות נוחה אבל באמת שמלון נהדר ושווה כל שקל

Breakfast didnt have too many options

We were accommodated 3 adults and a child in the room, the room is ok size and size, with a double bed and an extendable sofa. The only problem is the size of the dresser, it is super small, it barely fits 3 hanging clothes, the whole dresser is about 30 cm wide. The bathroom is strange, the toilet is in a 1 square meter closet, without a sink in the space, in order to wash my hands I have to leave the toilet and go to the space where the bath tub and the shower cabin are. During the day, the air conditioning does not really cope in the room if the outside temperature exceeds 33 degrees

Ottima posizione. Hotel molto pulito, stanza silenziosa e tv con canali italiani (Rai). Ci sono poche prese per la corrente e il lavandino del bagno è scomodo perché posizionato di lato. Colazione abbondante ma poco dolce e molto salato e se finiva il cibo non veniva rimesso.

מיטת הספה הנפתחת לא ראויה לשינה , המיטה שקעה פנימה, אומנם הצוות ניסה לסדר פעמיים אבל עדיף היה לקבל מזרן או מיטת יחיד

La posizione straordinaria vicina, a piedi, a punti interessanti della città. La colazione portentosa. Dalle 7.00 alle 11.00 una proposta vastissima di prodotti, grande pulizia dell'ambiente, rifornimento continuo dei piatti. Buona la doccia.

La stanza è un pò piccola per 3 persone ma considerato il breve soggiorno poteva andare bene. Però se il soggiorno fosse stato più lungo e con più bagagli già sarebbe stato più difficoltoso.
