Very central location, very modern decor and plenty for the kids to keep occupied, a lovely den well equipped and entertainment in the evening.

The pool was nice except for a lady coming in to do aqua aerobics, she was quite rude the the people using the pool even my kids. She wanted a section cordoned off but nothing to block people from passing a certain area which confused my kids. She also told my 4 year old to keep inside the baby pool and not to put her hands over the side of it so she wouldn’t get the ground yet. Personally if she needed the ground dry she should have booked the whole pool out for a certain time because she made us feel very uncomfortable and we couldn’t enjoy ourselves as much as we should have been able to.

Staff were friendly, modern hotel, car parking good, location easy to find.

Would prefer Breakfast to be self service/buffet, staff serving led to errors, constant reminding and delays as well as inappropriate quantities of food servings.

I really can't find faults to be honest. Friendly and welcoming reception staff and restaurant staff.

The food in the restaurant we were very disappointed with. Everything else was good.

Staff were so kind and friendly. Looked after our needs. I requested additional add ons to the room very happy with the way it turned out. Room was so comfortable it had everything we needed. Top quality and will be staying here again.

I'm still not impressed by the move to table service breakfast. Having a self-service buffet breakfast bar means that I can choose the size of my portion and eat according to my level of hunger. I can also compose breakfast the way I like it. The table service system requires the staff to know everything that the client can order, in the order specified, and the client can't change their mind midway through loading up their plate. The breakfast staff almost invariably forgot something. Stay away from the scrambled egg, it was more solid and compact than the black pudding. The omelette was OK, but flat cooked, which may not appeal to those used to having it folded. I would question whether the full Irish breakfast actually meets today's definition of that dish, as it seems to lack hash browns, baked beans, and mushrooms. Ironically, the hash browns and baked beans are served with the vegetarian cooked breakfast. The hotel is great for its proximity to the retail outlet, but at night time suffers from being out of the town centre, and therefore a car ride away to get to any pubs, restaurants, night life, etc. The in-house restaurant serves OK food, but is unfortunately a bit of a one-trick pony, and stops taking orders at 8:30pm.This seems to be a common problem in this part of Ireland with a number of restaurants/pubs, which we didn't encounter in Athlone, for example. Finally, you can tell it is humid in this part of the world, the wooden window frames in the bedroom had mould growing on them on the inside.

Beautiful hotel,well kept and spotlessly clean,friendly staff and up to date rooms,also within walking distance of tralee town centre

Booked an executive suite for two nights, refused room service for just a couple of drinks at only 8.00 pm as kitchen and bar were closed apparently,I understand the hotel is under staffed @ the moment but I just think this is bad for business
