Loved every bit of saii phi phi

We have just spent one night in paradise at SAii Phi Phi island village and already looking at going back. An idyllic place, escaping the bustle of Phi Phi Don. We upgraded to a junior suite on the beach and it was perfect…jacuzzi bath and outdoor shower enhanced the experience for me. Every need is taken care of via the app, including a buggy service to get you about. We were only there a matter of hours and housekeeping were offering to clean our room, brought more fresh towels, water etc. We also upgraded to include dinner under the stars, on the beach. A very romantic evening with wonderful food. The selection and food at breakfast was also amazing. Can not fault this place! Can’t wait to return. The staff are there to cater to your every need, so warm and welcoming

Das Hotel war ein Traum! Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Frühstück mit Meerblick war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, für jeden etwas dabei. (Vegan, Vegetarisch). Die Bungalows sind super schön und ruhig. Koffertransport hat bestens funktioniert. Bei Anreise vom Haupthafen unbedingt das Hotel davor kontaktieren und den weiter Transport direkt beim Hotel buchen - kommt im Normalfall billiger. Die Tour die wir vom Hotel aus gebucht hatten war sehr toll. Wir kommen wieder!

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful nature, the hotel territory is taken care of. Nice beach. The hotel has an app where you can order services and chat with the staff, it’s a good idea.

• The water in our room’s sink was barely running. • The AC was not working well. Also, the room has no cold water option in the shower, the water is only hot or very warm, so after a hot day you have a warm room with no option to cool yourself down even in the shower… • The water in the shower smells like eggs • The bathroom / shower area has no ventilation so it feels like a sauna everytime • The food and the rest of additional services in the hotel have exaggerated prices and extra taxes on top! • The staff was not the most welcoming.

We loved everything about SAii Phi Phi Village! The property is beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. The rooms are great and we really enjoyed the walk in closet in the room we booked. Having out own separate bungalow was awesome. The breakfast was great. The service was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the best things about staying here is that there is a little village - Phi Phi Village - behind the resort with about 6 restaurants, 3 bars, some shops, and a bunch of massage places. So you're not confined to the resort like some of the other isolated resports on Ko Phi Phi Don. It does require a boat to get there, so factor that into the cost, but once you're there, there is no need to go to the main town on the island. The resort and the village have everything you need!

The only thing is that the gym could have been a bit better. For such a nice resort the gym was disappointing. It was also hot as hell in the gym even though the AC was on.

Las instalaciones increibles, el personal muy majo y nos ayudo con un problema que tuvimos con las maletas solucionandolo rapidamente, piscinas con vistas al mar, playa privada, la habitación limpia, el baño grande...

La ubicacion. Esta alejado del muelle principal, para llegar al hotel es necesario un barco-taxi y no hay muchos horarios disponibles.

Villa was lovely and big

Traveled for hours to get there for 2 check in never let us in Till 3.30 when they knew we were coming and that we only had 1 day there , transfers there and back were very overlt priced cost as much as the villa its self

有兩個泳池，都滿不錯的，都在海灘旁，一邊游泳一邊望向大海很讚。有保護小丑魚的海洋中心，早上9:00可以帶孩子餵魚。

漲潮退潮沙灘差異很大，退潮時離海超級遠根本不能玩水，只能去游泳池。園區很大但標示不是很清楚，容易迷路。房間冷氣不是很冷。

The resort is beautiful with a lovely view and pools.

Location. It was difficult getting to the resort where there’s not boat ramp. The speed boat can’t get to beach so you have to hop off the boat onto a smaller boat pulled by a staff member and then walk in the water (ankle length due to the low tide) to get to the resort. It was extremely inconvenient especially with a baby. This is something the hotel should make clear to guests before booking. The food is beyond average lacking varieties.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה, מיקום נהדר קרוב לכפר עם הרבה עסקים קטנים ומסעדות ובר מקומי חמוד. מחירים טובים בכפר מאחורה. שירותי הספא מצויינים, מחירים קצת גבוהים עבור שהטיפולים. הצוות אדיב מאוד ושירותי הניקיון מעולים. אהבנו את המיקום של הבקתות ליד הים ו-2 הבריכות היו מעל ומעבר.

Acolhida dos hóspedes, estrutura do hotel, restaurantes, funcionários atenciosos e conforto do quarto. O resort é uma grande experiência e você pode passar um tempo nele sem precisar sair.

Gostei de tudo do hotel. Como sugestão, verificar se poderia construir um pequeno pier para a chegada dos barcos. O ponto ruim é sair para o aeroporto e ter q entrar na água.

Restaurants (I didn't go to the supposed legit Thai one), are for tourists and food is not legit and great. Also, had the same impressions for all the resorts in this trip: alcohol/drinks are sooo watered you can't get drunk.

Only Cafe bar…the staff makes the best coffee there

Everything. the hotel is old in reality, it doesn't look like the photos at all. they have several dozen rooms, it's huge, so keep walking and walking and looking for a room in the maze. It is not easy to find a room. the beach is bordered by an old ugly wall. The food is at a very poor level. I want 1100bath for the buffet and they offer almost nothing. everything is bad. in the city you can get a good meal for 200 baht. Wait 15 minutes for the buggy service and you won't get it. there is one buggy and hundreds of people,so buggy never come. No music only screaming children no pool service for everything you have to go everything is expensive and when you ask them for something it never happens.

O Saii é fantástico! Desde o check in, a recepção do hóspede já é super agradável e cuidadosa. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto excelente, muito boa estrutura. O hotel empresta bikes para os hóspedes durante o tempo da hospedagem.

A parte elétrica do quarto não estava funcionando, e teve que ser trocada conosco já hospedados, o que é sempre muito chato. A comida é gostosa, mas caríssima, não justifica o preço. Uma sugestão é os hóspedes irem comer na vila que tem logo atrás do hotel, com vários restaurantes. Piscina e praia com pouca espreguiçadeira, considerando o tamanho do hotel e número de pessoas.

The food at the restaurants was somewhat average but to be honest that seems to be the case at most hotels I’ve stayed at. There’s really good food at local restaurants outside the hotel.
