Room great and also the reception staff even arrange us an extension for my booking.

The staff were chatting to each other while I was checking in .They carried on with there conversation and I had to interrupt to ask questions about my stay.

I love the room I was sleeping in firstly because its spacious with two beds in separate rooms. Its ideal for a family stay while visiting Auckland, New Zealand. Secondly I love the fact that it has its own kitchen, a decent sitting area or lounge space and not the least, a washing machine also fitted in the apartment. It will definitely save people from spending money on laundry service in the hotel. Even for just a night, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you VR Hotel.

We had a appartment suite with 2 bedrooms. The beds were extra comfy especialy for my back. Loved that when i asked reception if i booked a room with a balcony i hadnt so she found nd accomidated us with a balcony. We loved the complimentry breakfast & the good price was worthit 🥰💯

the location is awesome! has everything you need close to the hotel.

1. I booked 2x 2bedroom apartments and 1x 1 bedroom apartment they were not together as 2. they were not clean :/ 3. check in was at 3pm our room weren’t ready at 4:30pm 4. blood stains on the blankets 5. you could feel the stings in the mattresses 6. my card was overcharged (they refunded when I complained) 7. one bed didn’t have bed legs and was literally a base and mattress on the ground 8. no air flow through room air con did not work (sounds like it’s working but it’s not. 9.no sound proofing at all 10. old, outdated and broken furniture 11. rooms were not near each other even though they were booked together and it was requested.

the bedsheets pillow covers had a fresh blood stain on them, shower gel was empty. also the housekeepers just came into the room twice after telling them we had a late check out

staff were fab. one moved her car out of a park for us so we could have it and another sorted our room super quick when we asked to be moved.

So very unclean. Our sheets had not been changed from the last quest so asked for a room change. everything was yuck. Shower was so moldy. even bedside cabinets were sticky and had lots of cup marks.

Ok location

No parking which is useless if u have your car. Took me 1 hour to find parking. VR should have it on the website with BLOCK LETTERS that they don’t have or have limited parking so that people are aware while booking this hotel.

Location was great for central city activities

This apartment felt neglected, paint peeling in the bathroom and generally just shabby The bed was not good with a cheap mattress and the spring felt prominent Lastly it wasn't that clean and had feaces not cleaned off the toilet bowl which then makes you see and think of every thing else that isn't clean
