It was a spacious, and very beautiful property, surrounded by amazing views. Whether it be the ocean or the gardens. Also, plenty of space to enjoy yourself in their many pools. No need to worry about finding a chair. They also have plenty places to dine at. Whether you’d like a large meal or something quick! The staff was very polite and accommodating as well. And also in a great location, only an 8 min drive to Old San Juan. We’ll be back!

Staff was always polite. They had security at various locations on the property. The staff was quick to attend to customers, taking the initiative to make sure they're guests were ok.

When I went to breakfast and was going to pay; the waiter seemed a little annoyed that I wanted to pay with my card instead of charging to the room. But that also could have been because they were really busy. The only thing I didn't like was some of the staff made the assumption that guests were going to put charges to the room. I think guests should be asked how they would like to pay instead of assuming everyone wants to make a purchase that way. That wouldn't prevent me from visiting again, it's just something to would be aware of next time I stay.

It seems highly unfair that despite my group discount, they charged me over 700€ due to a reservation error. It appears they failed to cancel my initial reservation, leading to this significant financial loss.

Was not made aware clearly about the meal plan including or excluding breakfast. I selected with breakfast and confirmed my booking. Later was disappointed to be charged for breakfast. They force the customers wear a band for the number of days stay and this cannot be removed. I did not like this to be worn for three days and also take bath, go into swimming pool with it etc. did not feel nice and hygiene. We got checked in very late around after ten PM and none of the restaurants would accept a delayed dinner Very pricy and not value for money given an old property and tired looking restaurants, carpets etc.

Good morning we did not like the breakfast. There was nothing to accommodate my wife she is gluten-free. She’s also vegetarian and a vegan they offer her a parent a piece of toast that was it and some fruit.

You guys should have more options for people with allergies and diabetics. There should be more up-to-date for vegetarians, gluten-free, and vegans.

The amenities outside was spectacular! Gorgeous views!

The "hot tub" was cold, had to change rooms due to ice machine and street noise, the air conditioning didn't work, called for maintenance several times and went to front desk twice. Took almost 6 hours to get maintenance to the room. The issue was not resolved. I was only going to have room for about 12 hours before a flight. The fan would not turn off and kept clicking. Exit sign falling off the wall, dirty, and not what a 4star hotel should entail. The inside was less inviting than a Motel 6......the grounds were spectacular.

The staff around the pool were inattentive. The concierge made an error booking each of 2 activities. The room decor was average and the beds were not comfortable. None of us slept well.

Over priced very disappointing for the 4 of us 170 dollars

The extra unseen charges, no coffee station, no service desk call from room the phone didn’t work, the alarm clock is set 20 minutes late and unable to set the clock unable to have a wake up call, most of all the breakfast was way to expensive, the pool bar needs more seating unable to sit at outside bar, the entertainment was not the most desirable, the beach chairs are uncomfortable the back doesn’t lay flat,

Wished there was a game area to go on rainy days

Thanks to Hilton I will receive a refund for the BOGUS smoking fee. I enjoyed the platform where I could bathe in the sun next to the ocean. Also I the security at this property is surprisingly more pleasant than the front desk.

well for starters the hot tub wasn't functioning properly and it wasn't very clean either. I asked for a towel from the bar as the towel stand had closed before the pool. When we finally decided to use the hottub there was trash scattered around everywhere. The bar attendant responded "a towel? at this hour?" uhh yeah! The pool was still open and I had just come from the beach. The shower coming of the beach was not functional and there was seaweed floating everywhere. Also the elevator for the ocean wing wasn't working which naturally caused a jam up. I got charged a BOGUS smoking fee.

The property is older but it is located along the ocean so that makes up for it. The waves were pretty big during our time there and we did not swim in the ocean. It was beautiful watching them crash along the wall. I felt safe at the hotel. It was also very loud in the lobby area when a band was playing. The sound even traveled up to our room but it was okay. We did not mind but we did get warned by other guest.

I felt that the room was pricey for the property conditions. It is a great ocean location but the hotel is dated.

I didn't like that the pool closed at 10pm. There was nothing to do at night which made the place a little boring.

Enjoyed you could snorkel and see the fish close to the shore. Brought my own gear though. The food at the pool side bar was good drinks were very pricey

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel. I will write a positive review and share my experience with friends and family so they may visit the Caribe one day. My favorite part of the Caribe hotel was the view from our balcony. The view was breathtaking, amazing, and overall beautiful.

Despite the fact that the pool area closes at 10 PM, it should remain open until midnight. When people visit and we are out exploring and on an excursion when we arrive at the hotel, we may wish to relax in the pool. However, if the pool closes at 10 PM, that means we are either in our rooms or somewhere in the lobby.
