The location was near everything.
It wasn't the cleanest (there was dust, hair and sand everywhere when we arrived), we couldn't figure out how to use the ceiling fan remote and the sliding door to the balcony is not covered by drapes/curtains and people outside can see into the apartment. That was very uncomfortable. We I spoke with the owner about the ceiling fan remote and nothing covering the balcony door, he was very non chalant and asked me why I was calling so late and that his daughter has school in the morning. He assured me that you couldn't see through the balcony door because there is tent on it (the tent blacks the sun during the day). He didn't provide instructions on how to operate the remote to the ceiling fan by phone. After I got off of the phone with him I went downstairs to verify if the tent blocked the outside view and it DID NOT. I was not going to waste anymore energy with him because it was going to be a waste of time and I was going to enjoy my visit. I do not recommend the apartment. The fact that people could see straight through to our apartment was extremely uncomfortable.

IT WAS A NICE PLACE TO STAY CLOSE TO THE BEACH I LOVED THE POOL.
THE AIR CONDITIONER WENT OFF LIGHTS WENT OFF IN THE ROOM WHERE I STAYED AND THE OTHER ROOMS HAD LIGHT AND IT WAS VERY UNCONFORABLE TO SLEEP

The location was easy to get to many places by walking.
I didn’t like the location of the washer and dryer room. Too far away and in an underground parking garage. it’s kind of scary in a busy place. The bed frames also kind of stick out so you have to be careful when you’re getting in bed.

Great location, close to everything but private. Nice size room with 2 exceptionally comfortable beds. Host was very easy to reach and helpful. Pool was great...really enjoyed it. Female security was excellent.
More storage space...A dresser would be perfect. Closet is blocked by bed. Electic stove..large range was not working. Male security was not approachable.

The apartment needs a little TLC. I would had like more electrical outlets for microwave, toaster and coffee maker as I could only use one at a time.

Only one key for family, which is not convenient, because the entrance of building and territory also require the key.

A Small but efficient place in the heart of Isla Verde. Comfortable & Affordable..Not much of a View from Balcony but no need for it since you are right in the perfect area... Would definitely visit again !!!

The location is amazing. Directly around the corner from the beach. The apartment was very clean and there were plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom.
Just remember to get the wifi password before you part ways with who gives you the keys.
Very very hard to get a cab to town after 6pm.
It would really help if the owner could setup a regular taxi company that picks up at his location.

Loved the pool and elevator building. Quaint balcony with chairs and table to relax outdoors. Great Value for location next to highend hotels and restaurants and Pueblo supermarket. Great air conditioner / fully stocked kitchen. Great entertainment for weekends onsite lounge bar. Gracious host Alfredo. Private car parking secured building. Comfy beds. Netflix
The view was ok lower floor, I didn’t see a blow dryer. Limited kitchen counter space It is a smaller condo combined sleeping living area but seperate kitchen: bath vanity and water closet.

Communication about the key I was a little confused because I didn’t know where the key was in the security card also didn’t know where the key was so we spent about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the place
