The fact they had an iron room, so I could iron my clothes while my friend had to poo with the door open. The door didn't have a look and swung open....

Size of the beds. Mould all over the bathroom. The staff are always around but ask a question they can't answer it. The bar had absolutely nothing.

Lovely helpful staff. Room was very basic but clean. Certainly not worth £106 per night

Price of the room for 2 nights was a bit expensive and didn't include breakfast. Room wasn't the cleanest. Overall Just ok. Did not have cash option to pay for room.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe sind auch Restaurants zum Essen. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit eigenem Bad und Toilette ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war üppig und abwechslungsreich. Der Essensbereich ist nah am der Essensausgabe.

Kann mich an nichts erinnern. War alles super.

No funcionaba el horno de la cocina, tuvimos que pedir room service, pero nada detiene a este equipo de trabajo, lo sustituyeron muy bien !!!

Location for Palace Theatre was good. Breakfast was good.

Pillow too big, couldn't get comfy. Room didn't feel clean, although bed sheets and towels were fine. Quite a bit of noise

Staff were very helpful and considerate.

Room carpet was badly stained and grubby. It was probably clean but didn't look like it. Climate control not working.

Great location for city centre, Piccadilly train station. There was very little internal noise, staff were friendly and very accommodating.

I stayed on Tues and Weds evening. On Tues evening there was a big football match on in the city so the hotel became busy after the match. On Weds evening the bar had no beers on draught, the only drinks available were from the fridge, I feel this was short sighted and poor planning to have no draught drinks on tap. I also saw on 5 occassions a vole or mouse running from the kitchen around the dining area during quiet times, I assume it came in to keep warm, it did not bother me but could have alarmed other guests. The shower was not designed well, even with the lip in the flooring the water from the shower still went all over the bathroom floor.

The bed was really comfy, room was super clean and the location and staff were great.

We upgraded to one of the newer rooms as we were meeting family, who were also staying. New room was wonderful. Staff bought us an ironing board and we left food for a member travelling late at reception .

Bar area was quite dark and impersonal .

The most noisy hotel I have ever stayed in. Two nights without sleep because of street shouting from 2am (nightclub closure?). Then an hour of rubbish bin / recycling bin collection/emptying from 4am. Not to mention the elevated tram/train track running past the hotel. Do you self a favour and book somewhere else.

Location perfect for the concert we went to, breakfast was excellent, room clean and tidy.
