I liked the location and the room was cute as well

I didn't like that I got a bottom floor with the view of the dustbin. I paid for breakfast, but never managed to get any hot breakfast cause the kitchen staff kept saying "we opened late today", and I had to leave by 9am.

The room was lovely, breakfast was super tasty and the cocktails were incredible! I stayed for a work event so we were there ready to start at 845am rather than drive 3 hours in the morning. Me and a friend chose to take the train on Friday instead- was easy to get to from the train station, rooms ready on arrival, a really good location to get Bolt taxi to shopping at the Trafford centre, a really good night sleep, lovely breakfast & they looked after our luggage the whole time we was at the event downstairs.

Would have been better if cocktails were served a little later, we wanted to go back to the hotel for one drink before going to bed as it was the best cocktail we had had all evening, we had some issues getting a taxi back which meant we arrived back at 11:10pm to find out no more cocktails after 11pm unfortunately.

The decor downstairs was great, chic & modern. The bar & waiting staff were fantastic and personable. The speaker in the room was a good touch, the overall decor of the room was nice and the beds were lovely and comfy.

The bathroom just wasn’t great, it was dusty with some mould (especially on the shower curtain) and just didn’t seem in keeping with the overall aesthetic. The air conditioning unit sounded like running water constantly. Limited amount of plug sockets and the ones that were there were the opposite side of the room to where you’d typically want them (also maybe check your PAT testing dates…). Even though the room was nice, it was really quite dusty and there seem to only be lights in half of the room which makes it a bit difficult if it’s dark or the curtains are closed. The check in staff were quite rude & dismissive (except for the gentleman, he was very helpful) and they just really weren’t that helpful seemingly actively avoiding customer interaction even if you were stood there and made it feel like you were beneath them and it just wasn’t really that pleasant.

Me bañé en la tina en la noche y a la madrugada, fui al baño y estaba todo mojado. La tina tenia una filtración y eso fue muy desagradable. Estaba todo mojado, tuve que abrir la ventana porque había mucha humedad en la habitación. La respuesta del hotel fue "disculpas" y para mi creo que requiere otra compensación.

Really good location close to the centre of Manchester. Staff were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to queries.

Stunning decor, very large rooms, comfortable beds and spacious clean en suite. I loved the interior style and that you can connect your apps to the TV in the room to watch the likes of Netflix/Amazon Prime etc

Water could have been kept cold in the fridge (I travelled on a very hot day!), other colleagues stayed a few floors above and rooms were very different in terms of layour/interior style so worth noting.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht, und es war zunächst kein anderes Zimmer frei. Außerdem war der Mülleimer noch mit unappetitliche Ding der vorherigen Gäste gefüllt.  uns wurde zunächst nur angeboten, dass ein Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. Diese Unterkunft war nicht besonders sauber.  der Erhaltungszustand ist schlecht. Wir konnten dann später das Zimmer wechseln, dort funktionierten jedoch einige Lichter nicht und auch der Safe ließ sich nicht öffnen.  insgesamt kein erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

Just a couple of niggles, drinks were very expensive in the bar. At breakfast we asked for a booth table but we were told these were reserved for four guests and were seated on a table which was too small. And the booth table we’d requested wasn’t even used.

Parking was close by however by the time we picked up our hire car it was already booked out. Had to park 15 minutes walk away. Would have been good if the hotel could have reserved it for us

Loved the decor and the size of the bed! Also friendly staff and great brekky

The bathroom was nice and the bed was really comfy. The speaker was good and the TV.

The electrics kept going off and we had to sit and wait for them to come on. This kept happening but we managed to have a shower when we got the lights back on. We told the staff in the morning. I was excited to stay here because of the rustic vibes but it actually just looked a bit dirty. There was pen on the wall in the rooms and lids and wrappers on the floor near the bin, from the people who stayed the night before. I choose to stay here over another hotel for my partners birthday. We wouldn’t go back to this hotel. I paid £100 for the night and I just don’t think it was worth that for the facilities included.

the shower wasn’t great, took ages to get to the correct temperature and the shower gel & hand soap smelt awful. Also no plug sockets next to the beds and room was VERY dark, more lighting needed as we found this difficult when getting ready
