Good location, well trafficked during the day due to the many bars and restaurants in the area. Very quiet after 12 once everything closes. Allows for late check out which was very convenient.

Could use some newer towels

The positioning in Manchester was great, the cleanliness inside the apartment, the fact that is was large enough for 4 people.

The fact that the cooling system wasn’t working properly, the lack of hot water after 1 o’clock am and the deposit that you were forced to pay.

Was clean

Baby cot was not included in the price and was only told it's and extra £35 once I've booked and paid. Also on the site it says guest at this hotel can have a complimentary breakfast included but that was not the case, the hotel said it was a booking.com error on the site that needs to be corrected. How can you mis sell this hotel with this information? I emailed in advance to ask for the location of the car park and for other information but was not given a reply until our stay was over and I was back home.

gracious and accommodating hosts into the small hours who were most helpful before and during our stay. a fantastic location in the NQ for bars, clubs, parking, shopping and restaurants. great beds and comfort.

there's a gorgeous wine merchant next door, would be great for the kitchen to stock a set of wine glasses and not have to use tumblers :)

The fold out bed had a dirty mattress protector on it and no pillows.

Great location, in Northern quarter, on a pedestrianised road. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Very spacious flat, well provisioned kitchen. Good shower. We’ll definitely be back,
