Well who wouldn't be happy with a very yummy and welcoming warm cookie on arrival, but with Faith as our hostess on check in it was even better. She was so warm and friendly and couldn't help us enough. Such an easy process. Ahead a couple of hours and the staff at Happy hour in the bar were also outstanding, friendly and full of smiles. The open fire place on such a wintery night was the perfect location for our Friday drinks. Breakfast the next morning was everything we expected and again enjoyed right next to the open fire place, the late check out made a short staycation exceptional for us. Thank you to all the staff who really seem to enjoy their jobs and were the best customer service I think I have experienced since before COVID.

The rooms could be a touch larger - but the space was utilised very well so it wasn't an actual issue - oh and big mugs for coffee in the room. It was a shame to have such an awesome coffee machine and tiny little tea cups :-) But I like large cups so not really an issue just nice to have.

river and flinders street station view amazing. I mentioned it was a specual birthday and alille sweet treat was there on arrival with a lovely birthday messsge, thankyou. Dressing gowns slipoers, hairdryer, cleaniless a lovely touch. I would stay again and recommend people to stay

Tv in room in a slightly awkward position but needed to be there to maximize the view. It would have been nice to have some free movies to watch, available but most were paid.

Location is prime for my event. Staff were amazing as well, super helpful and kind.

The bathroom door slides? Does not lock or secure itself. The bedroom walls are very thin, can hear the neighbouring rooms very easily.

what wasn’t to like! super attentive staff, great facilities, good spread for breakfast, great location. super sweet touch with a cookie on check in.

only thing I could really fault was the water pressure, wasn’t bad just not as powerful as I like.

Location was perfect the rooms were very quiet. Staff were exceptional and the entire motel was spotless. Highly recommend. We did stay on the 12th floor so that helped with noise.

The cookie given upon checking in was a welcome surprise to the hungry traveller.

This could have been related to Anzac Day public holiday & less staff on but the buffet Brekky was a little out of whack. Like there were no tomato’s to go with your eggs because the servery wasnt being filled as quick as it was being emptied. A minor complaint but as a whole the breakfast variety was right up there!!

Our room was well designed and suited our needs. Being in the heart of Melbourne it was perfectly placed for our sightseeing and shopping. Our breakfasts each day were exceptional, and I would like to commend Stephen for his great service.

I can hear all of sound from the next room and there was a window but the view was really not good. only I can see the wall. the room is too expensive.

I rang Hilton to alter my stay to another weekday and was advised by Hilton to contact Booking.com to facilitate. Booking.com said to go to Hilton directly! I messaged Hilton this time but did not get a response, and I have not received a response to date (the message was sent 5 days ago). I then contacted Booking.com again, and they said they would try to reach out to Hilton. They eventually got a response, and it was shared a day after my booking date. A comedy of errors, and mainly due to Hilton's inability to respond in a timely manner, and when they do, incorrect information is provided.

Excellent location. Directly opposite Flinders Street station. Supermarket right next door. Walkable distance to lots of the CBD must dos.

I can’t fault it really. If I had to nitpick, I’d say the shower head refused to face forward, it only went to one side. The shower set up was unusual, prone to flooding. Plus it feels weird not having any windows in your room (but I knew this in advance).
