Heating was broken. Room was cold Noisy at night. Could hear other rooms in their bathrooms. Bed wasn’t changed despite requests

The room i stayed in had a shower cap covering the smoke detector which i suspect that the person stayed before me was a smoker. I took of the shower cap from the smoke detector. The bed i slept on was uncomfortable. It was difficult to the shower temperature and the had a weak water supply.

Room and bed were comfortable.

No microwave oven.

We were disappointed to have to buy coffee at breakfast. The coffee i provided in the thermos was extremely strong and the hot water thermos was empty. Brewed coffee should be included in the price.

Great location with the tram out front. Parking was great. Staff were very helpful. It was perfect for our visit to family.

Was disappointed we couldn’t get something simple for breakfast - toast & jam - rather than the buffet.

Room a little stuffy

We got a 2 bedroom apartment and wow, it was fantastic! Very modern, beds all VERY comfortable, buffet breaky was amazing! Will absolutely stay again!

The windows didn’t lock or have fly screens, which was a concern being on the 3rd story with little kiddos. But this was the only fault we had, everything else amazing!

Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was really nice food was great. Staff super friendly

my credit card was charged $251 when I have been invoiced $148. I was assured the charge would be corrected when I checked out not done now I have to waste time to have it corrected
