La ubicación

Ascensor fuera de servicio, toallas en mal estado, mobiliario viejo, bañera desconchada, puerta que no abría bien, colchón y almohada muy incomoda y en general aspecto viejo sin renovación

Localização excelente, boa limpeza, cama confortável e funcionários simpáticos

Apesar de ser difícil para chegar no hotel a localização está perto de tudo e na rua central.

Café da manhã um pouco fraco, mas bom.

Prime location, old times vibes, modest but included breakfast, ability to leave luggage, comfortable bed

Dirty, probably never cleaned floor in the room; strangers hair across the room including shower cabin (gross!!), slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, non-functional elevator, non-English speaking staff, non-finished lightning fixture on the ceiling, not enough power sockets, old and disgusting standalone AC unit, smelly closet

Location within walls of old Town

The heater stopped working at night, and water flowed from it, which we had to wipe the water with towels. The room temperature dropped to 10 degrees in the room by the morning. We are very frozen. Nobody can help you because there are no staff from 11 pm to 8 in the morning .. There is no water pressure at all.

Location was good

No air conditioning

loved the view from our balcony. what an awesome experience to be able to stay within the castle walls. this is one of my favourite castles.

When I locked myself out of the room, with no staff there, there was an emergency number for me to call to get me back in. BtW This place has THE BEST showers I've seen up to now in Portugal

They didn't answer the emergency number at first... (But if you keep your key with you, this doesn't matter). Answered it the third timez and had a perfect solution
