Soggiornato al primo piano nell'appartamento lanterna magica. Si trova nella piazza del mercato. L'appartamento è accogliente, c'è tutto lavatrice, cucina, macchina nespresso, microonde e forno ma è tutto concentrato in spazi ridotti. Davanti alla casa c'è un parcheggio per scaricare i bagagli

Parcheggiare è un pó complicato, ce n'è uno verso il vecchio ospedale e casa termale oggi in disuso a circa 500 metri. Gli infissi sono vecchi, si aprono con difficoltà e nei giorni di pioggia entra l'acqua. Va bene per un paio di giorni al massimo. Non abbiamo cucinato anche se c'era il minimo di stoviglie

Taking luggage up three flights of narrow stairs. 100% automated process with unnecessarily complex & cumbersome online check-in. Lack of information about surrounding area. Difficult to park nearby.

Schönes kleines Appartement, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alte Holzdielen und Türen verliehen dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme. Es wirkt beim Eintritt etwas schmal, aber das gibt die Bausubstanz nicht anders her. Dafür ist es super schön gelegen am Marktplatz. Was wir allerdings nicht wußten: hier wird noch jeden früh der Obstmarkt aufgebaut, spätestens ab 5 Uhr hört man das auch. Wir waren dennoch zufrieden, auch wenn die Parkplatzsuche eine Herausforderung war (vor dem Haus sollten man nicht stehen wegen dem Markt am nächsten Tag). Tipps gibts vom Vermieter, Kommunikation lief reibungslos, An- und Abreise auch. Gerne wieder.

Lautstärke des Marktes beim Aufbau morgens :) Die Elternschlafzimmer sind aber zum Innenhof gelegen.

The apartment cleanliness was overall satisfactory however the washing machine hadn't been cleaned between guests and so we didn't want to use this. The only unsatisfactory part of our stay was the bathroom - the bathroom sink was similar, if not smaller, than an airplane bathroom sink and the shower did not have enough hot water at any time, even when using only the hot tap.

Localização, climatização, conforto das camas, decoração, e tinha quase tudo o que precisamos para passar uma semana confortávelmente.

Estado das portas e janelas. Isolamento acústico e térmico praticamente inexistente devido ao mau estado das mesmas. E dado que o pessoal que faz as montagens das barracas as 4:30 da manhã não têm respeito para quem dorme, bom isolamento é essencial. O wc do apartamento do 3 piso, ( A paródia) não tem nenhuma privacidade, e os vizinhos ( que passam o dia em casa) conseguem nos ver através das janelas e reflexos tipo espelho que as mesmas produzem. Uma cortina resolvia o assunto. A porta superior do roupeiro estava solta, e ao abrir por pouco não nos acertava na cabeça. Manutenção é já necessária em muitos pontos. Não tinha ferro de engomar nem tábua.

Faltava o elevador, embora estivesse mencionado no ato da reserva.

Location, sheets and towels were clean

-Washer released brown water all over the kitchen floor on first use so we didn’t use it the entire stay -Shower head won’t hang up so showers are handheld only -bunk room door off tracks so unusable -unsecured/no password on wifi -living room furniture was so dirty that we covered it with sheets -Bathroom sink is airplane sized and you have to turn the handle so hard to make it not run that it hurts your hand -batteries were dead in tv controller -living room curtains are stuck halfway closed -Espresso machine sometimes makes an endless cup, runs until water runs out And after all that, the cleaning crew barged in when we were in pajamas, not to clean, but to store supplies in locked cabinets inside the unit. We tried to dissuade them and they (in a very friendly manner) were not to be dissuaded. It felt very invasive—my husband told them no and finally gave up and I caved and let them in, just hanging around in our underwear while they moved our luggage all around. I know they were just trying to do their job but there are lockers in the downstairs hallway they could have used until we checked out. They also left a mop in the tiny kitchen that we just lived with for 5 days. It’s ironic that there’s so much security for sponges when there is no way to secure the door from the inside (anyone with code can enter at any time) and there’s not a password on the WiFi. We honestly would have left but are visiting friends in the area and accommodations are pretty limited in Caldas. We had some moments of real frustration but decided to make the most of it and just treat the space like a place to sleep and do all of our eating, coffee drinking, and laundry elsewhere.

Es ist eine sehr charmant,saubere Wohnung die für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Zentrale Lage.

Es ist am morgens lauter, weil der Markt vor der Tür ist und schon früh aufgebaut wird.

Centrally located with a view of the vegetable and fruit market, close to shopping area. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and the CCC parking was close by and fairly inexpensive.

The kitchen was equipped with the basics, would have appreciated to have sharper kitchen knives. The shower head is dated and kept falling off the hook. Although good water pressure, the water didn’t get hot enough.

Not a problem for us, but the market was set up early every morning below the apartment window and some may find the noise an issue.

It is equipped with everything you need however would have been nice to have something left to prep meals ie salt, sugar, oil as we normally find in the apartments to book. The layout is a bit awkward and gives impression of very small space as the rooms are small. On a side note, the initial communication was a bit difficult, all automated emails and no answer to other messages I sent.

Apartament is extremely well located. Clean and very comfortable. Really good for a good sleep. Communication with property manager was easy too. Would definetly stay again and highly recommend.

I loved the location and the efficient layout of the apartment. It was relatively comfortable and convenient. There was a washer dryer in the unit which I really appreciated as we were traveling with kids.

I really wish there was a dishwasher. The sink is really small in the kitchen and hard to wash dishes in and the previous guests had not done a great job with the dishes so what we used, had to be re-washed. We wanted to eat in more but just didn't want to deal with the kitchen. It's find for tea and pre-prepared foods but not for much cooking.

Historic apartment

GREAT location overlooking the fruit and vegetable market, central to everything. Spacious, clean and comfy. Our apartment was up two flights, so if you are mobility challenged or loaded down with luggage, be aware. We were aware of this and so prepared.

Easy system for access. Great position. Well kitted out.
