The hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent—very efficient and quick with their service. The pool and overall facilities were great, and I appreciated how well-organized the staff and processes were. They offered a wide range of on-site services, which, though we didn’t use most of them, was a nice touch. I also really appreciated their courtesy in holding our luggage after we checked out. The check-out process itself was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The only aspect we didn’t like was the location, as it was accessible through narrow roads. However, from what I observed, this seems to be the case with most hotels in Kuta. Apart from that, there weren’t any other negatives to mention.

The staff were great… super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and happy hour at the pool bar was very enjoyable

There were minor maintenance issues with our rooms but these were promptly dealt with by staff

Great location, great food (outstanding breakfasts), great service !!! You can really enjoy your holiday at this place...Everybody so nice and helpful to you that you would like to stay there forever not just for 2 weeks :))) Definitely I will come back there :-))

Wi-Fi bit slow during afternoon hours but is understandable regarding amount of people this hotel can accommodate at the same time. However this is the one thing which should be improved in my opinion

Location is perfect, a short walk to Kuta beach. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of different options. We loved the fresh fruit.
