The windows were too low and the towels could have been whiter and not as worn.

The location was ideal near the commercial street but at a stone's throw from the Grand théatre. I could go everywhere on foot. When we had to visit other regions, the coaches were nearby i.e. near the théâtre or near the QUINCONCE which I reached on foot as well. The girls at the desk explained me each time how to get around town. The room was extremely quiet on the highest floor and with a nice view over the roofs. Also, I could open the window when the weather allowed it. When I had a problem with the airco the gen. manager immediately moved me to a better room!!!

The hotel is located in the central area close to public transport. Our room facing the courtyard was very quiet. You should prefer the upper floors (3rd or 4th) to avoid having a wall opposite the window on the courtyard side). The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very good breakfast with fresh fruit and loose tea.

El personal és molt jovial i la situació és immillorable. Les habitacions són perfectes per qui viatgi amb nens petits.

Hi ha un problema amb la falta d'aigua calenta.

I like the location. It was close to shops, different squares (lined with restaurants and bars) and trams are just around the corner

The heating. The building was hot the whole time. It made sleeping rather difficult

La température de l’eau était tout juste tiède le matin.

Au coeur du vieux Bordeaux, avec un accueil très aimable. Très propre. Je viens régulièrement et j'apprécie beaucoup le petit déjeuner avec son buffet varié.
