L’emplacement

Przestronny pokój 4 osobowy (VIP) na 7 piętrze. Hotel od razu przy wejściu do metra/RER chociaż to już kawałek do centrum (ok 25-30min). Obsługa dyskretna i pomocna. Doceniam ekologiczne podejście z dystrybutorem wody na piętrze i kubkami wielorazowymi. Widok na ścianę okien biurowca ale opustoszały więc nie przeszkadzał.

W okolicy rano brak otwartych kawiarni - śniadanie możliwe tylko w hotelu. Załoga przy śniadaniu nie do końca ogarniała sytuację jak obok był inny event. Wybór jedzenia bez fajerwerków ale dzieci były zadowolone z pancake-ów. Brakowało niestety wielu składników i nie były uzupełniane (boczek, jajecznica, crossainty i inne bułki czy ciasto do pancake-ów) Typowe rozmycie odpowiedzialności - nie bardzo było wiadomo kto tam odpowiada za co.

Chambre spacieuse, la cafetière et la bouilloire dans la chambre ainsi que les boissons fraîches. Les peignoirs et les chaussons fournis ainsi que les produits pour la douche /cheveux. L'emplacement près du RER.

Dommage que la fontaine à eau dans le couloir des chambres ne fonctionnait plus.

Large clean room and modern hotel. Sparkling water available on floor of hotel. Close to train station which is ideal if you want to stay somewhere affordable whilst going to Disneyland.

Breakfast wasn’t good. Lots of flies around uncovered food and food tasted old. Room and bedding smelt damp.

Location nearby train station, clean, quiet, spacious room. The manager kindly refunded us our third night when we had to leave early due to an injury.

Hard beds and pillows, felt very dated, old smell of smoke lingered in the air even though the hotel has been non-smoking for some time, reception didn’t always answer the phone, staff seemed Disengaged overall though a few people were lovely. Hard to explain but it felt like we were putting upon the staff by being there.

At about noon on July 11th, a man knocked on my door softly and then open my door without any inquiry and explanation. After my asking, he closed the door and left quickly without any apologize. I report the situation to the reception. The reception tell me the man is a new cleaner after checking with the manager. However, the same thing happened once again at about 7:20 pm on July 13th. My five colleges lived in the same floor with me, but none of them met the trouble. I didn't know what the man's plan and I think it's a great threat to young single women and irresponsible security.
