Propreté et chambre top

Petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré

Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et à l'écoute. Hôtel très bien situé, calme, chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, belle décoration et propre.

On a été beaucoup moins fan du petit déjeuner. Il manquait pas mal de choses au service et pour le prix, 18€ par adulte, cela nous a pas mal déçus...

Close by to Airport, Breakfast

It's an old property AIr conditioning was not working for all 4 days Windows if you open it will be too noisy & it's not secure too as anyone can jump in from those windows

It was close to the Airport

They only spoke in French and little English

Carpet wasn’t very clean/ found hair on bedsheets/bathroom our first night

The suite and the facilities in it. The microwave, kettle , coffee maker and the rest.

The breakfast should have more varieties like chicken sausage for people who do not eat pork.

The room has a kettle, microwave and Nespresso machine with coffee capsules. And the room was spacious for 3 people. Breakfast was a bit simple but had many drink options. The value for money was really good.

The curtains and blinds couldn't block the sunlight completely. So it was a little bright in the morning.

Spacious Rooms. Room has a fridge and microwave which was a huge bonus. Comfortable beds 😍

Really let down by the fact the room was so hot, sweating at night. It was cooler in the hall ways and outside than in the rooms. Even more so that the staff and said that the temperature is normal. Asked him to come to the room he admitted yes it's warm but it's normal and that is as strong as the air con can go and it's working normally. For reference the air con had 4 settings, off then 1-2-3..when you went to the top setting the fan clearly went quieter. I was told this is normal 🤔. Daughter ended up with a heat rash. Asked for a fan, was told they don't have any. Bought our own one which made it slightly better but in the end decided to leave earlier than originally planned. Bathrooms floods everytime you shower. Overall just above average stay.

The room was spacious, we booked a family suite and there was plenty of room for the four of us. Everything was as expected, the hotel just needs some TLC and the cleaners need to do a better job!

The room wasn’t very clean. Bathroom had dirt around the edges on the floor and the coffee stand was covered in dust. The carpets were dirty too- covered in stains.

It was hard to figure out what bus to take to the hotel. Too many Novotels around with diferent denominations....
