The air conditioning was not working satisfactorily and the block we were in was always very hot

Unmöglich: Kein Lift für den ersten Stock. Viele Gäste (ganzer Buss) mussten schwere Koffer über Treppe schleppen. Türen schließen laut. Man hört jeden Nachbarn wenn er geht.

Nice location with a good view of the Abby from the back of the hotel
The beds were uncomfortable but overall a good stay. A little pricey for the type of hotel but I'm sure that was due to the area.

The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant. We had an amazing dinner and the breakfast was fabulous also.
The rooms are nice and comfortable with all you need.
The hotel looked a bit like a motel with some rooms leading straight onto the outside, which thankfully we weren't given.
We arrived early and the cleaning staff were at work and the place looked a mess, which wasn't a great first impression.
The public toilets could really do with a revamp as very old and dated, though the room facilities were very good.
Overall we had a nice stay but the photos are nicer than reality and the hotel is not really like a 4star, only the restaurant is.

L’accès direct et l’emplacement idéal, devant l’arrêt des navettes, à 10 minutes à peine du mont.
C’est Hyper confortable de même que l’espace du petit déjeuner juste à côté avec un buffet complet .. séjour très bref et parfait.
L’accueil de la réceptionniste le soir de mon arrivée qui était peu agréable et ne m’a pas informée convenablement sur les marées, mais ceux du matin étaient ok… pas de généralité donc je suis très contente globalement

Escaliers pour monter dans la chambre sans être alerté + personne pour aider à monter les grosses valises, compliqué pour une femme + obligé d'aller dans un autre bâtiment pour le petit déjeuner.

La vicinanza all’abbazia che permette di fare il tragitto sia a piedi che in navetta dato che la fermata è di fronte all’hotel. Il prezzo , camera tripla € 168 con colazione inclusa. Colazione abbondante ed a scelta . Sia dolce sia salato

L'emplacement est bien située pour aller visiter le mont St Michel, de plus une navette gratuite est à disposition
ATTENTION!! Le parking n'est pas gratuit un forfait est due pour 24 heures.
De plus le petit déjeuner ne se fait pas dans l'hôtel mais dans un restaurant à coté, obliger de sortir dehors pour y accéder.
c'est dommage!!

Wonderful location for visiting Mount Saint Michel
Quite expensive. Rooms are not very soundproof. We heard all party people making noise late in the night

Hotel well placed for local attractions and shops etc are nearby. Bit out the way if your not driving.

everything was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and big.
reception could not place us to the room with queen bed even though we ordered double bed. so it’s unfortunate but a bit our fault.
