Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Staff very helpful.
The air con in our room didn’t seem to working properly.

nu mi-a placut faptul ca geamul camerei nu se poate deschide, si, prin urmare, nu poti aerisi camera....persista in camera un miros de mocheta mucegaita...

Location, breakfast
There wasn’t ventilation in the room, and you cannot open the window. We were two adults and two children and wasn’t any oxigen in the room. After i make a notification in the reception the first night they switch on the ventilation and on the second day they turn it off again. So we should stay on the open door to come some air in the room. I understand that everybody make economies but from the fresh air it is not possible.

Wir mussten nach 7 1/2h fahrt mit 2 kleinen Kindern 35 min auf unser Zimmer warten obwohl es 1 Tag vorher gebucht wurde.
Parking Ablauf in dem Hotel ist umständlich fühlt sich nicht so frei an, man muss das ticket im Hotel bei jeder reinfahrt umtauschen damit man wieder rausfahren kann, es gibt kein Park Automat und wenn man spät Nacht‘s niemand vor Ort ist fühlt man sich sehr eingeschränkt.

The room was clean and what we expected. Breakfast was nice and options for meals at the restaurant available which we used. Overall, a good stay in an amazing city.
Needed transport to go to most activities usually used UBER, plan ahead.

60 mins at 2AM trying every option to make colder air come out. I am technically minded person but no luck and no instructions.

the Hotel can not be a four star hotel, so many things of the room things are not there such as slippers, iron, shortage in manpower and staff, no room service at night you can’t even order a water ,

The room was ok. Was good for a nights stay. Bed was nice and spacious. The shower was awesome.
The fact that the iron was on a separate floor. Would have been handy to have one in the room. The breakfast was not great at all. A dull selection of food.

Simple and clean.
Expensive - it felt like a budget hotel. Rooms are very small. Extra cots put in for the kids further reduced the space in the room leaning to the young ones getting hurt while moving. It is like a room for just one person. Lots of dust in the room, even in the paper cups that were provided. Just a single bottle of water in the mini fridge. Okayish restaurant with a small menu but they did send food to the room in time.

As i expected to have atleast a Microwave facility to cook basic stuff, which wasn't available, however i was helped greatly by the team in getting what i wanted and is very much appreciated.

The staff were really lovely to deal with for every question we posed for them. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
In a room for two people, it would be better to have two sets of towels in the bathroom rather than hiding one set in the bottom of the wardrobe where we had stored our clothes and other items.
