At the check in took 100 euro extra in case we steal something or brake or eat and not paid. No USB. Booking is not informing about extra 100 € . We didn't expect that as it is not normal for 4 star hotel where the night is 150 . Bar and fridge is empty. Towel was missing after the cleaning service. To call Reception is not easy as it was busy. Had to call three times to request a towel. You can't use the phone from the room, reception couldn't help with the call to make a booking, rude answer over the phone like "find the way how to call from your phone..." bad customer services for 4 star. Still waiting for our deposit of 100 euro after paying 300 for two nights.

AC NOT WORKING and the reception in the night told us that there is issued in all hotel

I have been over charged. My invoice says 134.88 Euros, but my debit card statement is showing a deduction of 219 USD.
