The location is very good for the metro and bus. The staff were friendly.

We had stayed here years ago and it was great. Not this time - we arrived and were given room 609 (top floor) and it was very small, no bedside table, and scaffolding all outside the window. We had requested a room at the front of the hotel when we made the booking, asked to change room and got given room 603 (top floor). The window wood frame was rotten and they had glued a floor plank to the window frame! This was not safe and we could hear the noise from outside all night. (See photos). There was building work on the roof from about 9am to 5/6pm, which was very loud. We did not sleep well. The shower door did not open fully because it hits the sink. We had 'Do not disturb' on our door but the housekeeping knocked on our door most days - frustratingly. We have contacted the hotel via Booking.com and they ignored our comments and said that the building noise was something they were suffering from too - not helpful!

Ontbijt zondag 10 dec.verliep chaotisch. Niet voorbereid op groot aantal. Daardoor van alles te weinig. Voedsel, servies.bestek. Tweepersoons bed: matras hard en duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Hinderlijke geluidsoverlast van airco buiten ( s’nachts)

The location of the hotel close to the metro.

The room itself was not well-maintained with parts of the wall to be destroyed, the curtains had big holes on and the room had relatively old furniture. Also when I arrived they had left in the room the towels of the previous guest, no fresh towels, no toilet paper and the bed sheets I was not so sure whether they were clean either.
