The facility is greatly accommodating and well equipped.

Some parts of the apartment and some furniture were a bit shabby

white paint on walls very very old and discoloured yellowish, radiator rusty, fan broken .

It was easy to get to. The apartment was very large and had all we required. There was a great brewery up the road a little and a pizza place.

The brutalist carpet was a little off-putting although we had read about this. It felt a little like walking into a crime scene. We wondered are all the apartments like this? Fascinating really😊

The heating didn’t work and the lamp in the main bedroom didn’t work

Parking was adequate and staff polite.

Run down and very dated. nothing like the pictures would suggest. Dirty, unkept and rough. Situated relatively far from city centre.

Really perfect for a stop over from and to the south of france.. Dijon is a beautiful city and very friendly people there

Lots of parking, quiet and close to shops and food places. The toilet and the bathroom in the second apartment were much cleaner than the first.

The cleanliness and hygiene standards of the apartment were terrible. The first apartment smelt like something died in it and was very dirty. After complaining the second one was just as dirty as the first, but the smell wasn't as bad, although it was more stuffy and just generally not clean. I fell asleep hugging the children, as it felt like there was going to be 'goo' coming out the walls at some point.

I keep thinking about the lady at the front desk. I can't get her out of my head. She is beautiful and extremely pleasant

The check in was great, staff very friendly, 10 mins walk from a tram to get to town which was 10 mins away, 5 mins walk from a lovely restaurant and 2 mins from a trampoline park for the kids and a gym and spa.

Good value for money. Easy late checkin. Close to supermarkets.

Staff were helpful. Good place for a short overnight stay. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. I would stay again for overnight trips.

Rooms were musty.

The space at the room, the way buildings are located in the campus. The cleanliness. The kitchenettes and space to store.

Nice apartment. There were big supermarkets near the hotel. A lot of space for parking.

It was clean, comfortable, and good value for money overall.

The accommodation is very good, but would benefit from some refurbishment.
