Le parking qui n’est pas suffisant pour le nombre de chambres, 21 chambres, 7, place de parking les fenêtres qui s’ouvrent sur un rond-point qui circule toute la nuit. Pas de climatisation, les chambres vieillotte et le personnel pas sympathique.

Le charme de l'hotel, les poutres, la propreté. Les produits locaux de qualité lors du petit dejeuner, sauf les viennoiseries.
J'avais precisé que je venais avec des personnes qui ont du mal a marcher, quand j'ai vu l'escalier d'accès j'ai vraiment eu peur! J'aurai apprecié que l'on me précise Avant... qu'il y avait un autre accès sans escalier....
L'insonorisation annoncée de ma chambre 212 totalement inefficace. Je me suis relevée plusieurs fois croyant que la fenêtre était ouverte car j'entendais tous les bruits de la rue et j ai du frapper à la chambre voisine pour leur demander d'éteindre leur musique....à 00h30...
Les viennoiseries qui etaient vraiment médiocres, absolument pas a la hauteur des 14e du petit dejeuner, et vraiment une mauvaise pub de la viennoiserie Francaise pour la clientèle étrangère.

This hotel had a really old timey boutique feel- we used actual keys (not cards!) and there were old books around the hotel that we read. The space had real personality.
The staff was very pleasant and kind.
The breakfast was simple and delicious.
Note to guests who are driving, there's limited parking in the front to meet someone who can open the back entrance- you also might need to do a couple loops around the block find the garage! But hotel staff will meet you by the entrance so you can't miss it.
The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have a ton of personality but you can walk 5-10min to more interesting restaurants

Excellent location close to the historic centre but easy to drive to. Despite being close to a major junction, there is very little noise. Charming old-fashioned French hotel. Great breakfast

Everything. The staff were welcoming and the room amazing. Super secure car parking in the courtyard which added to the atmosphere. Great location in the city, but no city noise.

Great parking in the town centre for a hotel of this size, gated parking so secure .
Great room, it was a hot day and only 1 fan spoke to reception and got another ASAP 😊 It was a 15 minute walk into the centre which was reasonable,
The reception staff for checkin/checkout were fantastic very friendly and accommodating.
I would recommend this hotel we were only there for 1 night but it fulfilled all our requirements.
All good I did not have breakfast so cannot comment.I had a look at their bar prices and they were very good.

Located within walking distance to old town and easy to find. Staff are friendly. Perfect for a quick stop over. There’s private parking available but if there are few big cars parked it is a challenge to park. The staff was extremely helpful and made it a point to guide us into the parking bay.
Although there’s a lift you still need to use stairs to get to the room.We were on the top floor room facing the main road and with a small window open (only source of ventilation ) the traffic was loud and there were illegal racing taking place late at night. it was just too loud to get a good nights rest with window open.

Very nice hotel, well renovated, including elevator. Very good services and location. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. Friendly staff and helpful throughout the stay.
The room with exposed beam had a certain smell specific to old buildings but in exchange the architecture was very nice.

The hotel is well located for walking into Dijon, about a 15 minute walk to most of the sites. The private parking was secure and very convenient, and rooms are of a good size and clean.

The room had character. Exposed ceiling beams looked great. Good shower water pressure. We could keep the car in the hotel parking after the check out. Location was very good too. Walking distance to historic center.
Hard to find something. We really enjoyed one night stop in Dijon

Friendly and very supportive staff icluding after-stay service:
I realised next day after checkout that I had left my belongings in the hotel room. Upon my request for search and shipment, hotel staff, Louis arranged the parcel promptly. I appreciate it so much and am satisfied with their integrity. In return I offered my gratuity.
- Difficult to park for check-in in the evening rush hourt time:
the hotel situated a very congested roundabout.. although the hotel location is good to access the center.
Heavy traffic polution in the morning.
- Like how the hotel looks, however, the room may look even greater if more modernized.

The hotel was very stylishly decorated, and we had a lovely room that was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice section of items.

We were given an uncleaned room and this had to be changed. There was a high step up to bathroom. Dangerous especially for older guests . Had to put a chair at the doorway to prevent falling especially during the night. Ordering breakfast drinks the previous night is not helpful and the breakfast was limited in choic. When booking I was told that car parking could not be booked in advance. However a few days before my stay I checked this with the hotel and was advised that all car spaces were booked. I was told that only guests who booked directly with the hotel could pre book car parking. If you book through booking. Com you cannot pre book car parking. Seems grossly unfair.
