Il comportamento del ragazzo alla reception.
Il 29/6 ore 9 nella sala colazioni ho subito il furto della mia borsa con dentro documenti carte credito cellulare e portafoglio. Il ragazzo ha fatto di tutto per scoraggiarci a denunciare alla polizia locale e alla richiesta di vedere la registrazione della telecamera ha detto che il direttore non c'era e la telecamera non funzionava. Era evidente che non voleva rogne per l'albergo. A quel punto, visto che era comunque il nostro ultimo giorno di vacanza e andare alla polizia locale non sarebbe servito a nulla, siamo tornati a casa in Italia dove abbiamo denunciato il fatto.

Petit déjeuner varié mais, nourriture trop industrielle. Rapport qualité-prix en deçà mais, cela doit être en rapport avec les prix pratiqués dans la région.

Really comfy,very pleasant staff and the food was excellent.I had the best Cesar salad I’ve ever had! Also it had a secure car park which was good.
Somebody had been smoking in the stairwell,it was really strong and wafted into our room but this wasn’t the hotels fault,just a bad mannered guest.

Personeel was niet vriendelijk en probeerde ons twee keer te laten betalen voor de overnachting. Ik had vja Booking betaald en zij beweerden van niet.

the airco air filter needs to be cleaned or replaced, or may be it's just me being very sensible.

It was as advertised and good place just to stop and rest while on a road trip. The restaurant was pretty good too with enough range in the menu.
I am not a fan of shower curtains but it did not make the experience less enjoyable.

The location was perfect, we stayed for 3 nights & that wasn't really normal, but, we had to leave Cannes early as the weather was too uncomfortable.
They changed the prices of the drinks on our last day, why ? we don't know.

Check-in was efficient and the hotel has parking with four EV chargers being installed on-site although not operational for another month or so (our visit was mid-May 23). The hotel shows some other signs of investment, we had new beds in our room, but the pillow and bedding were poor, and there remains much to do. In fairness it's not expensive but there are better budget hotels in the group.
This hotel shows its age and the decor and furnishings are dated. Other than the new beds in our twin room, the furniture is tired; the bathroom is dated; towels were thin, miniscule and threadbare. The Breakfast room is disorganised and cramped with the coffee machine queue blocking access to the entire buffet. The staff must watch this traffic jam every morning and fail to see the simplest solutions - move the coffee machine to the far end of the counter away from the corner, and move the tray dump (which everyone has to file past in the queue for breakfast). Otherwise the breakfast is just adequate.

Location was in an "industrial/commercial" area, alongside several other similar hotels, so little scope for an evening stroll. Pictures of outside swimming pool on website were a little misleading.

Super convenient place to stay that does what it says on the tin, restaurant is very good too. We broke the journey back from skiing and it worked well. Basic rooms but fine/clean. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money to set us up for the rest of the journey. Staff all super friendly.
Corridors smelt very bad, like sick.

Had a bath and realised the circular dial to release the water was broken off, just the plastic spindle sticking out. Does nobody check this sort of thing?. Went down to complain but nobody there and after 20 minutes gave up.Finally released the water by pressing down on the plug and trying to twist it then getting my fingets half underneath it. Room107, I wonder if it's fixed? Not good enough even at £50.
