The breakfast was tasty and varied but more expensive than the hotels in the area. Free parking was a plus but limited to only several cars. The receptionist the morning we checked out was very friendly.

Getting to the hotel wasn't so easy and it was situated in an ugly, industrial/residential area. The receptionist upon arrival was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We needed, with our small, tired children, find our hotel rooms with trial and error because she didn't care to give us anything but short snorts accompanied by frowns. The rooms were small and the beds weren't so comfortable, the duvets were short (and I'm a small person). The hotel itself missed any sense of comfort, it was cold and kind of rough. Walking through the corridor around 8pm I heard a couple loudly having sex. Awful. I couldn't wait to check out.

We are for the second time in this hotel. Excellent food, rooms are very clean.Beds are comfy and AC is a plus! Hotel is excellent, very well maintained. Staff is top friendly!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were enough parking spaces and they didn't even cost much (1€ per day). Location is great - within a few minutes you are either on the A36 that goes towards the Harz mountains or on the A39 towards Wolfsburg.

Room was big and clean, and there was free coffee, tea and two bottles of soda. Great shower with nice hot water and a rainfall shower. We checked in late and it was possible to get a room at short notice. The coffee was good.

The surroundings are depressing, and the hotel itself is a grey concrete box. Thoroughly joyless. Breakfast was ok, but not much fun either. We were only there to spend the night in transit. For that the hotel is fine: We slept safe, warm and clean, and we had breakfast. I would never recommend it for a vacation or holiday though.
