only har bed for 3, (ordered for 4). the employes didnt talk english. so was impossible to Ask for a 4th bed at 01.00 am. also when checking out, they struggled. 5employes and 35min later i was able to leave.

The staff was super friendly. We arrived much later, but their reception is open 24/7, which was super helpful for us. Spontaneously, we decided to book breakfast as well - and it was worth it, they've got an extensive offer to indulge in. Locationwise, it is absolutely wonderful when you look for a more quiet area with lots of green areas around it. The immediate surrounding invites you to go for a run/walk (it is, however, a bit further away from the city center). Everything was spotless, bathroom amenities were modern whereas the hotel itself is a rather old one. We appreciated their efforts to support environmentally friendly behavior, e.g., when offering you water for free in return for skipping the room service. Would always come back there!

For us, the location was perfect, but in case you look for a hotel which is located directly in the city center, you should stay somewhere else. Also, beds were comfortable but as a couple we would have appreciated a bed with a single mattress instead of two single ones.

The hotel is close to the national park (a 5 minute stroll). We took a walk in the park, saw a variety of water birds. The room was modern, spacious, spotless. The view from the balcony is amazing. The nespresso machine was a plus. The bed and the pillows were very comfy. We were planning to travel a long distance the following day, therefore quiet and good rest was one of our priorities. And we had a super quality sleep! Parking is easy, there was plenty of space in the parking lot. The dinner was tasty, the portions are huge. The view while dining outside is breathtaking.

The bed was comfortable, and the restaurant of the hotel was good. There is a park behind the hotel, it seems nice but I had no time to go there.

the room is very small. There were works in progress on the facade of the hotel, however this did not disturb at all. Price of the breakfast was pretty high.

Facility in good state, furniture simple but good, renovated bathroom, everything very well clean. Good breakfast with a lot of choices and also a real fruit salad. Place easy to find.

Small hotel parking and always full, but there is an underground garage that is pretty empty and it is for free: the only problem is that the access is through an external, very narrow, stair, not via the internal elevator like in modern hotels. The reception area is quite poor.

Beds a little too soft for our taste

Location wise it was great to go for a morning walk around the small nearby lakes. The Nespresso machine in the room at least made up for the poor coffee served at breakfast… Personal were generally nice and polite. However, they didn't ask us how our stay was when we checked out…? We’ve never experienced before anything like that.

The building is a bit worn. Efforts at various upgrades can be seen here and there, but overall don't add much. They are doing their best to maintain a relatively stable quality standard. The lion concept and neon colors makes no sense… The "Queen"sized double bed had two separate mattresses with a gap in between them. Our room smelled kind of "old age", used. We had to air the room upon arrival. Bathroom was a little refreshed/renovated. Toiletries seemed to be average. The breakfast was overpriced compared to the quality and selection. Parking was at least free. Ideal for an overnight stay to sleep and probably for the elderly or for guests who have no expectations really… One can find better accommodations with a slightly higher budget. Overall it was okay. We did not test the restaurant.

Easy to find, friendly staff during day and night, as well as the spacious family room!

Great hotel with beautiful rooms and a very good restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. Free parking. Large and clean room.

We always stay here when we drive to/from Poland. Always friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great food in the restaurant, including a fantastic buffet breakfast (kids eat free). Hotel is pet friendly
