The property was very nice the pools are amazing the special rooms are great especially if you have kids 🤣

It was a little far from the lake but they help you get there 🤗🤗🤗

The wellness and pool facilities are great. Views are excellent and location is good. Only a 12 min walk from the train station. Staff was very helpful.

The facilities really need a renovation. Beds are worn down. Bathroom and kitchen felt like a blast from the 80s. A good repaint is needed in the room.

Very big room, very good breakfast

Location - far from the train station and the center, requires a bus. The room includes a kitchen but only after completing the order we were notified that if we want equipment for the kitchen we need to pay an extra 50eur per night.

The room (534) was quite big. The view to the lake and city is very nice. The cleanliness was ok. and the staff (not all but mostly were very polite and helpful

Upon check-out, we realised we had been over-charged (systematically) for 2-3 Franks on ever item we ordered as room service. This was on each line (each item) for both times we ordered. When we asked the front desk about it, they simply came back after a while with a corrected invoice. No explanation, no apology. Another issue we experienced happened when after massage, my wife was given a small cream to use. This was given by the masseuse, without any other comment than : " this cream will do you good". My wife thought it was a small gift, since the masseuse never said it was for sale, nor did she mention any price. Again, while checking the bill upon check-out, we discovered it was charged to us as a sale for 84.- Franks (US 90.-). We gave it back and also in this case, no explanation nor apology from the hotel staff. My wife and I have travelled extensively, and in this particular case we clearly felt this was a scam.

Very friendly staff, quick check in. The garden is very big and beautiful, a lot of space for my son to run around. Generally, hotel is very family and child friendly. Once during dinner our 20 month old son got tired and was a bit uneasy. The lovely waiter came over and was folding a little paper boat. Thank you for that! Spa section is nice, with a warm indoor pool. I asked to pick us up from Lugano train station, the pickup was for free, thanks a lot for that. We also asked for a baby bed and our son received a decent and big baby bed. We shall come again.

I came together with my husband and asked at booking to have one big single bed. Instead of that we received two beds next to each other and when we were cuddling, always one of us almost fell in the middle.

The breakfast was really good. The view from the room was also great! The location is very nice. The staff at the reception is helpful and friendly.

I stated that I would like to stay in a quiet room, because I travelled with 9-month old son. I was given a room near the road, and we could hear all the motorbike and buses. I asked to change the room and thanks to the reception personnel, they changed our room for a really quite one! But it took some time. The facilities in the hotel and in the rooms are old and need to be renovated.
