air con didn’t work in either of the two rooms so had to have window open as it was very hot. . very noisy bar across the road stays open till 3am.No electricity in one room for over 24hrs. they would fix it and it would go again after 10 minutes. security is terrible anyone can walk in the hotel in the middle of the. night the doors are never closed even though they have the key card facility at the front door. came back from dinner to find a large group of men sat on the steps with a bag full of beer drinking with 3 of them urinating against the hotel. when we complained we were told “what did we expect it’s a Saturday night” we were told on check out the manager was not available but to email them with our issues - still awaiting a reply 5 days later staying with my 16 year old daughter and niece - this place was not suitable and not safe.

The location of the hotel is so good in the area of little Tokyo of the city, the room was so big and clean, the price was so good, the staff were so nice and welcoming. I would come back to the same hotel if ever i come to Dusseldorf again.

The only issue is the parking, the entrance and to park for big cars or long cars is so tight and not so comfortable and easy..

I liked the location of the hotel. Very convenient. The need to use the room key to operate the lift is a good idea. I liked that there was a bottle of water, as a welcome gift, in the room. And, the staff at the reception was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you :)

The air condition did not really cool the room and the safe in the cupboard was not working. The blinds on the slanted window did not really shut out the daylight well.

The location was great and the room was very clean with very comfortable beds. They had left a surprise goody bag for my dog which was very thoughtful and sweet.

The shower was a bit small. If I knew it in advance, I would prefer a room with the bathtub, when the receptionist asked my choice.

The hotel was in a very good location in the city, walking distance from the major interested places, oldstadt, HBF main station , Rhine tower. Cleaning , hose keeping , breakfast great.

Mmmm, my room size was a bit small , but it is ok for one person

Welcome to Booking. What I liked about Leandro Boutique Hotel a lot. The reception, comfort, services, rooms, and cleanliness of the hotel, which I liked the most and his friends also. The restaurant and breakfast was above wonderful, which surprised me in this hotel. The staff in the restaurant and the most wonderful in dealing with guests Miss Fuwzia she was one of the most wonderful staff in the restaurant She was giving all the attention to the guests during breakfast. She is very elegant, with elegance in appearance, beautiful eyes, a permanent smile on her lips, and her good cooperation.
