The hotel was beautiful, staff were wonderful and welcoming. Location was amazing. After the aquarium exploded staff's response was incredible and followed up with emails of support.
Unfortunately the hotel's aquarium exploded during our stay. I hope the hotel is able to rebuild and really felt sorry for the staff a week before Christmas.

The hotel itself was totally amazing and beyond our expectations! We were very impressed with aquarium view from our room and were very surprised how quiet our room was, even though the hotel was located at the very central area. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable. We liked the black-bellboy a lot since he was so hard-working, elegant, nice and helpful person. He always welcomed us with a huge smiling face and that was so heart-warming. The cocktails we drank at the bar was just soooooo delicious. We will definitely will visit your hotel again!
We have witnessed one of the reception staff was shouting out to bellboy in the cloak room, while we were waiting for our luggage and it was very disturbing for us to see that. If your staff work in a luxury hotel like yours, they should definitely be well-trained regarding how they should act and being respectful to their other colleagues. This was just not acceptable and did not fit the concept of such a nice hotel.

Another pleasant stay. Hotel is very conveniently located, rooms are well designed, with very comfortable beds. Very good restaurant in the hotel lobby. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was understaffed so the service was really slow both at the bar and for room maintenance. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived and smelled bad so we had to ask them to clean it better. The minibar was empty. Not the standard we expected.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent vegan options and mega buffet breakfast. The huge 16 million Euro fish tank aquarium is mesmerizing and the area next to the bar can be used as an open space office

Location is really nice, beds are super comfy and room was really clean.
Other guests entered my room while I was there - receptionists messed up something and gave them keys to my room.
Wifi connection was constantly dropping.
The light from the conditioner is extremely bright and you can't turn it off, I find it really annoying during the night.
The sauna was working after 11:00 even though the facility is available from 10.
