Не можуть прийняти оплату з карточки котру авторизував на Booking для оплати. Проблема, за словами працівників, не нова. Та попереджати про це не стали.
Готівку євро категорично не приймають! Де поряд можна обміняти валюту не знають.
А я з родиною ( дитина 10 місяців ) так і хотів після цілого дня в дорозі мати проблеми з орендою житла та ще походити пошукати де є працюючі пункти обміну валюти. Адже на дворі вже за 19:30.

Die Lage und die Parkplatzsituation ist super. Das Zimmer 102 ist großzügig, alles war sauber. Mehr können wir an positivem nicht berichten, leider gab es kein warmes Wasser im Haus.
Als wir den Zimmerschlüssel abgeholt haben hätte man uns sagen müssen, dass es kein warmes Wasser gibt da ein Defekt vorliegt. Die Mitarbeiter hätten es wissen müssen, es war ein Samstag und am Morgen gab es schon kein warmes Wasser. Angeblich war sogar jemand da der den schaden behoben haben soll. Wir konnten am nächsten Morgen nicht duschen. Auch wurden wir, auf unseren Wunsch hin bitte anzurufen, wenn der Defekt behoben ist oder nicht, nicht informiert. Somit kamen wir abends spät zurück, niemand an der Rezeption, kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben am nächsten Morgen den Aufenthalt abgebrochen und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Der Übernachtungspreis wurde der Situation angepasst. Ärgerlich war es allemal. Hätte man uns zum einchecken informiert wären wir sofort in eine andere Unterkunft gewechselt. Das Personal hat sich entschuldigt, mehr konnten sie nicht retten an der Situation.

•die Parkplätze wurden auch von anderen genutzt, die nur dort spazieren waren. Leider sehr nervig, wenn man als Hotelgast keinen Platz mehr hat.

Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück mit tollem Käse, sehr gemütliche Betten, komfortable Schlafcouch, sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr schnell mitten im Leben
Es fehlte das dritte Bettzeug… hätten wir das nicht gleich gecheckt, wäre ich in der Nacht (Rezeption nicht besetzt) ohne gewesen, etwas Hin&Her bei der Rechnung (Frühstücksberechnung erst auch für den Tag der Anreise = 15 Uhr berechnet, dann für zwei erwachsene Personen obwohl nur eine dabei), 18,90€ fürs leckere, aber nicht wahnsinnig besondere Frühstück sind gerade noch okay

The location is excellent. There is beautiful forest nearby where one can go for walks, and a river with cute river boats and a ferry to take you across. Very romantic. There is also a Rewe store nearby where we could buy essentials and the small kitchen in the room included a water heater and a fridge.
Upon arrival we were given a two bed room although the reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children 12 and 15. The room was so small that there was no way additional beds could fit. We were asked to get some drinks in the restaurant while a new room was prepared. I assumed that the drinks would be free, but we were asked to pay for them. Eventually we were given the room we had booked after waiting about an hour. Given that check in starts at 15:00 and we arrived at around 17:00, the room should have been ready for us. Anyway the room was clean but the bathroom had been cleaned in a hurry so the floor was sticky (prob. because they hadn't cleaned in with enough water). Overall rather disappointing for a "boutique hotel" as the sign proclaims.

the breakfast where very boring, boiled eggs where cold and to hard boiled
we did miss scrambled egg, bacon, sausage and pastry on the buffet
we where 3 traveling and one had to sleep on the “couch” - it was way to hard

Wifi with wrong passwor: i checked in after the standard time, the password was in the room but WRONG. I tried to contact in the night via tel and mail but I got not answer in the night. It was a problem since I hat to work that night.

Very friendly staff.
Good breakfast, you can order scrambled eggs from the staff.
We arrived rather late before the end of the year, but it was easy to get the key, The staff contacted us before the reception was closed.
The location is quiet.
The wifi in our room (1st floor in the corner) was, unfortunately, unstable when we stayed there. Maybe it's good for the hotel owner to add a wifi repeater.

Quiet location at the river, parking without troubles, restaurant within the property.
We came three, but there were only 2 beds prepared - we had to prepare the third one.
We arrived late night and the room was not tempered before (so it was cold) - as there was just floor heating, it took a lot of time to start.
Additional breakfast for 40 Euros (1 adult + 2 kids).
When agreeing late arrival, we didn't get any cell-phone number (for solving any troubles during room-key collection) - luckily it was finally OK.

The location was lovely and the room was clean and spacious. Lack of air conditioning made sleeping a bit difficult during 30+ temperatures, but otherwise the place was good. The restaurant on-site was nice and the food lovely. Having access to a play park was a bonus with a young child. Good place to stop while passing through Germany.
The breakfast was very simple and for the price (15€/adult) you’d expect something cooked and not just bread, cereal, juice etc.

Great location right by the water, although overall the hotel is pretty remote and it takes a while to get to the city center. I had a car for transportation and preferred to be away from the busy city. My room had nice views towards the Havel. Room had lots of space with separate living room area. More like a little apartment without a kitchen. I only had breakfast one day at the restaurant. Nice variety and great seats on the terrace. The restaurant "Himmel & Havel" is right in the hotel and offers great food, good service and friendly staff. Big Bonus for me to have a restaurant in the hotel.
Since it was hot and I had the windows open a lot, maybe a fly screen would be a great addition. That way no bugs can make it into the room. However, as long as the lights were turned off when the windows were open it was okay.

Very spacious room and very clean. Actually we could of stayed 4 people in one room. There is a playground just next to the hotel which is great for kids and a nice restaurant on the ground floor.
Again the lack of air-conditioning in the hot summer days was a problem. We had to keep all the windows open, but because the hotel is next to the river there are many mosquitoes.

Beautiful setting, half hour from city center. Gorgeous view of the water during all meals. We were there for a wedding close by and loved it.

absolutely baby unfriendly. no elevator, no help with carrying the stroller, stuff being super loud in a presence of a sleeping baby. if you have a baby under 1 year old, definitely not a place to be

Room was clean, big and it had all we needed. We had a room facing the river.
Staff was helpful and was able to accomodate our request.
